Selon la présente invention, un procédé de transmission d'une trame de transmission (630) par un dispositif de transmission lors d'un changement de débit de code comprend l'ajout d'un élément de remplissage lors de l'entrée dans un entrelaceur convolutif pour retarder une entrée de code interne pour correspondre à chaque unité de longueur de trame de la trame de transmission (630) lorsque le débit de code change. Par conséquent, une erreur de fonctionnement d'un récepteur qui résulte d'un changement de débit de code de transmission peut être éliminée, ce qui permet la mise en œuvre de divers services à travers un changement de débit de code.

PURPOSE: A broadcasting apparatus of disaster information and a method thereof are provided to broadcast a disaster condition in a specific region. CONSTITUTION: Broadcasting information processing units(121-123) generate and modulate a second ETI(Ensemble Transmission Interface) frame. The second ETI frame includes channel and disaster information as a high speed information channel. The high speed information channel carries out control information about a general broadcasting information. A broadcasting information switching unit(130) selects the first ETI frame and the second ETI frame.
Abstract:
A repeater having different input and output frequencies converts a signal received with the input frequency to a first intermediate frequency signal based on a local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion, and converts the first intermediate frequency signal to a second intermediate frequency signal by performing digital processing on the first intermediate frequency signal. Then, the repeater generates a first frequency tone signal that corresponds to a difference between the input and output frequencies, and generates a second frequency tone signal from the local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion and the first frequency tone signal. The repeater up-converts the second intermediate frequency signal to the output frequency based on the second frequency tone signal, and transmits the signal.
