Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. A scroll compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a compression part for discharging, to the inner space of a casing, a refrigerant compressed in a compression chamber; a discharge port for forming a flow path through which the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged to the outside of the compression chamber; and a valve member, which has, at one end portion thereof, a root part fixed to a valve seat part of the compression part, forms a free end on the other end portion thereof, and has a head part to open/close the discharge port. A spacing part is provided between the head part of the valve member and the valve seat part to space the head part from the valve seat part in a state in which the compression part stops. Therefore, during operation of the valve member, the moving speed of the head part is reduced by means of the stiffness of the valve member so that impact force generated when the head part of the valve member collides with one surface of the compression part is reduced and impact noise generated thereby can be decreased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to is a compressor. The compressor may be provided with a communication hole (1161) between an inlet (116a) and an outlet (116b) of a refrigerant discharge pipe (116) coupled through an upper surface of a casing (110), the communication hole penetrating between an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface of the refrigerant discharge pipe. Thus, during oil sealing through the refrigerant discharge pipe, a flux path area of a driving motor (120) may be ensured, and a number of winding wires and/or a coil diameter of a stator coil may be ensured. Thus, efficiency of the driving motor may be maintained and backflow or overflow of oil through the refrigerant discharge pipe may be suppressed. In addition, during operation of the compressor, oil may be suppressed from being excessively leaked through the refrigerant discharge pipe without having to include a separate oil separator inside or inside the casing.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a scroll compressor and an air conditioner having the same, and the scroll compressor includes a flow path guide disposed between a motor unit and a compression unit to separate a refrigerant flow path and an oil flow path. A guide discharge hole communicating with a discharge passage of the compression unit is formed axially through the flow path guide and a guide passage communicating with the guide discharge hole is annularly defined, such that a discharge guide protrusion surrounding the guide discharge hole extends toward the motor unit. Accordingly, inner and outer spaces of the flow path guide can communicate with each other while the refrigerant flow path and the oil flow path are separated, which results in securing a space of an oil recovery passage to allow quick oil recovery and simplifying a structure of the flow path guide to reduce manufacturing costs.

The scroll compressor may prevent the eccentric effect occurring during rotation from deteriorating performance of the bearings, thereby preventing compression performance from being lowered.
