    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a failure recovery in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) in a dual connectivity of a first cell group and a second cell group may determine a timer value for a recovery procedure of a failure on the first cell group based on at least one of i) a state of the second cell group, ii) whether a random access procedure to the second cell group is required for the recovery procedure, or iii) a time duration required for the random access procedure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a radio link monitoring in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a network, configuration information comprising a first condition for detecting a failure on a cell group; determining a second condition for detecting the failure on the cell group based on the first condition and a state of the cell group - the state of the cell group comprises at least one of a first state or a second state; performing a link monitoring (LM) on the cell group based on the first condition while the cell group is in the first state; and performing a LM on the cell group based on the second condition while the cell group is in the second state. The first state may be a state in which the UE monitors a first set of resources for a control channel on the cell group. The second state may be a state in which the UE monitors a second set of resources for a control channel on the cell group, or does not monitor a control channel on the cell group. The second condition may be related to a more relaxed condition for detecting the failure on the cell group than the first condition.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a paging handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: registering to a first network and a second network; establishing a connection with the first network; receiving, from the first network, information for a release timer; starting the release timer after receiving a paging from the second network; and upon an expiry of the release timer: releasing the connection with the first network without receiving a radio resource control (RRC) release message from the first network; and establishing a connection with the second network based on the paging from the second network.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a first conditional mobility command related to a target cell and a second conditional mobility command related to a potential target cell; triggering an execution of a mobility to the target cell based on that a mobility condition in the first conditional mobility command is fulfilled; performing a cell selection to select a cell for a connection re-establishment after detecting a failure of the mobility; and performing a mobility to the selected cell based on that the selected cell is related to the second conditional mobility command.
