    Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting a DAPS handover procedure in a wireless communication system is provided. A target BS receives, from a source BS, a first message for a dual active protocol stack (DAPS) handover of a wireless device. A target BS transmits, to the source BS, a second message to inform that the DAPS handover is accepted. A target BS receives, from the wireless device, a third message including an information that the wireless device does not perform the DAPS handover. A target BS transmits, to the source BS, a fourth message including the information received from the wireless device.
