Abstract:
Disclosed are a washing machine having a dual-drum of a main drum and a sub drum, and an assembly method thereof. The washing machine comprises: a cabinet; a tub provided in the cabinet; a main drum rotatably mounted in the tub; a sub drum mounted in the main drum so as to perform a relative rotation with the main drum; a hollow type outer shaft connected to the main drum; an inner shaft connected to the sub drum in the outer shaft; and a driving motor, wherein the driving motor comprises: a stator; an outer rotor connected to the inner shaft, and rotated outside the stator; and an inner rotor connected to the outer shaft, and rotated inside the stator, and wherein the driving motor drives the main drum and the sub drum in an independent manner.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a permanent magnet motor for a washing machine. The permanent magnet motor comprises a stator including stator teeth and stator slots, a stator coil being wound on the stator teeth, and a rotor rotating about a rotor shaft, including rotor teeth, a permanent magnet and a bushing, the rotor being spaced from an inner circumference of the stator.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a stator for an electric rotating machine, and the stator may include a stator core having teeth and slots; and a stator coil formed by connecting a plurality of hairpins to be inserted into the slots in a predetermined pattern, wherein each of the plurality of hairpins includes a conductor and a coating layer formed to surround an outer surface of the conductor, and the stator coil includues a first hairpin placed in a preset first section from an end to which power is to be input and a second hairpin placed in a second section after the first section, and the first hairpin has better insulation performance than the second hairpin. Thus, insulation performance may be ensured to suppress occurrence of partial discharge.
Abstract:
Provided are a stator of an electric rotating machine, a hairpin of a stator of an electric rotating machine, and a manufacturing method thereof. The stator for the electric rotating machine includes a stator core; and a stator coil having a plurality of hairpins, wherein each of the hairpins has a conductor and a film surrounding the conductor, each of the hairpins has a pair of insertion parts to be inserted into different slots and a connection part for connecting the insertion parts, the connection part has a first bending part and a second bending part bent with a predetermined radius of curvature so that the pair of insertion parts are insertable into different layers, and the hairpins have a first hairpin and a second hairpin protruding from one end of the stator core by different protrusion lengths, the first hairpin and the second hairpin having one regions disposed to cross each other. As a result, it is possible to improve insulation performance of an inter-phase crossing region of the stator coil.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a washing apparatus and, more specifically, to a washing apparatus comprising: a tub provided inside cabinet; a drum provided inside the tub so as to be rotatable; a balancer housing installed on the front or rear side of the drum; and a balancing unit that includes a drive motor and a drive gear that receives power from the drive motor, and is formed so as to be movable in the balancer housing to reduce the eccentricity of the drum, wherein gear teeth are formed along the inner peripheral surface of the balancer housing, and the balancing unit is disposed in the balancer housing such that the drive gear exposed to the outside of the body of the balancing unit is engaged with the gear teeth. Further, each of the plurality of gear teeth has at least one inclined portion formed thereon to prevent interference between the drive gear and the gear teeth when the balancing unit is disposed in the balancer housing.
Abstract:
