    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a stator and a method for manufacturing the same. The stator according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes an insulating part and a plurality of stator coils each having two ends electrically connected to form one joint portion. The insulating part is configured to cover at least respective parts of the joint portions, and to provide a distance between neighboring joint portions. Accordingly, a partial discharge caused by a surge between the joint portions of the stator coils may be prevented, allowing operational reliability of the stator to be increased.

    Abstract: The stator of the rotating electric machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, the stator comprising: a stator coil formed by electrically connecting a plurality of hairpins in a preset pattern. Each of the plurality of hairpins includes a conductor and an insulating coating film covering the conductor. Each of the plurality of hairpins comprises: a first protruding part having a first stripped portion formed on one side by removing the insulating coating film and a second protruding part protruding from the stator core, and connected to the first stripped portion. A second stripped portion is formed on the second protruding part. An electrically-connected part is formed by electrically coupling the first stripped portion and the second stripped portion. The electrically-connected part is provided in plurality spaced apart from one another along a circumferential direction of the stator core, and wherein among portions of two electrically-connected parts adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the plurality of electrically-connected parts, portions located at the same distance from the one side surface of the stator core have shortest distances therebetween, which are set to have difference values included in a preset range value.

    Abstract: Provided are a stator of an electric rotating machine, a hairpin of a stator of an electric rotating machine, and a manufacturing method thereof. The stator for the electric rotating machine includes a stator core; and a stator coil having a plurality of hairpins, wherein each of the hairpins has a conductor and a film surrounding the conductor, each of the hairpins has a pair of insertion parts to be inserted into different slots and a connection part for connecting the insertion parts, the connection part has a first bending part and a second bending part bent with a predetermined radius of curvature so that the pair of insertion parts are insertable into different layers, and the hairpins have a first hairpin and a second hairpin protruding from one end of the stator core by different protrusion lengths, the first hairpin and the second hairpin having one regions disposed to cross each other. As a result, it is possible to improve insulation performance of an inter-phase crossing region of the stator coil.
