The laundry handling apparatus of the present invention comprises: a cabinet; a tub in which washing water is accommodated; an electric heater for raising the temperature of the washing water of the tub; and an air pump for supplying air under the water surface of the electric heater so as to raise the level of the washing water with which the electric heater comes into contact.
