    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost push-button switch which has a high allowable current capacity and is free of restrictions on the mounting by using dimensions corresponding to two units of a standardized wiring apparatus. SOLUTION: A push-button switch is equipped with an operating part on a push-on system, a suction cup 23b moving interlockingly with the setting operation of the operating part, a card 26 for opening and closing a switch mechanism in cooperation with the suction cup 23b, a suction member 24 to make suction attachment and holding of the suction cup 23b which has moved, a return spring 27 to energize the suction cup 23b in the direction in which the suction cup 23b separates from the suction member 24, a terminal whereto the switch mechanism is connected electrically and also external leads are connected, a handle return spring to make disengagement of the operating part which has been set, and an apparatus body in which at least the suction cup 23b, suction member 24, card, and return spring 27 are accommodated, whereby at disengagement of the operation part, a time lag is provided until the suction cup 23b separates from the suction member 24, by a balance between the suction force of the cup 23b to the member 24 and the spring force of the return spring 27.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide as electronic automatic flickering device which affects the environment less, can be wired by a two wire system, and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This electronic automatic flickering device is provided with a photoelectromotive force element SB as a sensor detecting brightness in the surroundings. A negative electrode of the photoelectromotive force element SB is connected with a control terminal of a switching element SW through a resistor R1 . The switching element SW connects two depleted MOSFETs 21, 22 in reverse series and connects sources and gates in common mutually. A positive electrode of the photoelectromotive force element SB is connected with the sources of both MOSFETs 21, 22. The photoelectromotive force element SB connects a plurality of solar batteries 5 in series. Drain of MOSFET 21 is connected with T2 terminal of a TRIAC (3 terminal bidirectional thyristor) Q1 through resistance R2 . Drain of MOSFET 22 is connected with a gate of the TRIAC Q1 .

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To install sheets at prescribed positions with no drift and attain high airtightness reliability by providing a through hole on the inner side of the sheets which form chambers respectively on both sides of a substrate, and coupling the sheets with the coupling sections provided on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 has a through hole 1a at the center and is formed into a square flat shape. Four coupling sections 1b are protruded to surround the through hole 1a, and a protruded coupling section 1c having the inner diameter nearly equal to the outer edges of sheets 2, 3 is circularly provided. The sheets 2, 3 are coupled with the coupling sections 1b, 1c, they can be surely installed at prescribed positions on the substrate 1 with no drift, and the airtightness reliability is improved. When the coupling section 1c is brought into contact with the circular part of a holding member 5 and welded by ultrasonic welding, it serves as a weld section with the holding member 5, and no protruded stripe is required to be provided on the holding member 5 as the weld section.

Consequently, a contact consumed powder generated when the movable contact 3 is connected to or separated from the fixed contact 1 is stuck on the opposing members 5b of the surrounding member 5, and its scattering can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stably operate a damper with a structure wherein a fluid is air- tightly sealed with a substrate and a sheet by forming a folded-back part to come closer once to the substrate in the boundary of the step part of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Sheets 2, 3 are so set on both faces of a substrate 1 having a through hole 1a as to cover both end parts of the through hole 1a and thus a first chamber 2a and a second chamber 3a are respectively formed. Further, a fluid 4 is air-tightly sealed in the chambers 2a, 3a in the way the fluid can move from one chamber to the other chamber through the through hole 1a when one chamber is pressed. The chambers 2a, 3a are formed by laminating the sheets 2, 3 in double layers in the way the cross section surface areas of the chambers 2a, 3a increase step by step toward the substrate 1 and folded-back parts 21, 31 which come closer once to the substrate 1 are formed in the boundary of the steps 2b, 3b. As a result, since the folded-back parts 21, 31 are formed, even when the chambers 2a, 3a are pressed and the sheets 2, 3 are folded at the boundary of the steps 2b, 3b, reverse load is not caused in the middle of the process.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a small, inexpensive damper. CONSTITUTION:A damper has a base 1 with a through hole 1a, sheets 2, 3 covering both end portions of the through hole la to form a first 2a and second 3a chamber on both sides of the base 1, respectively, and a fluid 4 hermetically sealed so that when one of the chambers is pressed it can move into the other chamber via the through hole 1a, the first and second chambers 2a, 3a being so formed that their cross sections do not get smaller toward the base 1. Therefore, when a movable member presses one of the chambers, the speed and force at which the moving member makes collision are reduced by resistance caused by movement of the fluid 4 into the other chamber via the through hole 1a of the base 1, and therefore the sound of the collision can be reduced, and since the fluid 4 is hermetically sealed by means of the sheets 2, 3, the structure is simple and the outer dimension is reduced, and since the chambers are so formed that their cross sections do not get smaller toward the base 1, the sheets 2, 3 can be drawn into a dome shape and easily be formed into the chambers.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a driving circuit for a two-winding latching relay suppressing the generation of the counter electromotive voltage when the coil current is cut off and preventing the operating time from being prolonged. CONSTITUTION:Diodes 3, 4 are connected in the opposite direction to the coil excitation polarity between two coils 1, 2 exciting the iron core of a two- winding latching relay in the opposite direction, and Zener diodes 7, 8 are connected in series to the diodes 3, 4 in the same direction as the coil excitation polarity. When the excitation voltage V1 is applied to one coil 1 and the current i1 flows, the electromotive voltage e2 is generated across both ends of the other coil 2. If the Zener voltage of the Zener diode 8 is larger than the electromotive voltage e2, the forward current of the coil 2 does not flow, the magnetic flux flowing in the coil 1 is not reduced by the effect of the coil 2, and the operating time of the relay is not prolonged. The counter electromotive voltage when the coil current is cut off can be suppressed to the Zener voltage or below.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance weld resisting performance and reduce sounds caused by the collision of an electromagnet mounted to a movable frame for driving movable contact plates by providing the electromagnet with a magnetic damper which is held by a permanent magnet and moved against the holding force, together with an armature. CONSTITUTION:A pair 10 of contacts comprising a fixed 11 and movable 12 contact of good weld resisting performance and a pair 20 of contacts having good contact resisting performance are connected in parallel to each other and are assembled into a block B via contact plates 13, 14, 23, 24. The movable contact plates 14, 24 are operated via a movable frame 8 to connect and disconnect the contacts 11, 12, 21, 22. The movable frame 8 is operated by an electromagnet E comprising a coil 4 wound to an iron core 3, and by a permanent magnet 7 of magnetic force opposite to that of the electromagnet E. In the contact switching device, a magnetic damper 9 of a U-cross section is provided which is loosely fitted into the broad part 3C of the iron core 3 and is held by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 7 and moved together with the magnet. The weld resisting performance of the pairs 10, 20 of contacts is thereby enhanced and sounds caused by the collision of the electromagnet E during the switching operation are reduced.
