    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a fast response in cycle of cooling operation and an efficiency to be increased by a method wherein a frequency of a compressor is subjected to fuzzy inference under a rule based on a rule of experience in reference to a value of deviation between a sucking pressure of the compressor and its target pressure as well as a varying amount of the suction pressure and further the frequency is corrected and controlled in reference to a value of suction heating temperature. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a first frequency operation means 10 in which a pressure value of a pressure sensor 6 is inputted and a frequency during a normal controlling operation is operated and a second frequency operation means 11 for operation a frequency during start controlling operation. A frequency correction value is operated by a frequency correction value operating means 18 in reference to a suction heating temperature obtained through a fuzzy changing-over means 13 for changing-over a normal control and the start control in response to a state of pressure value and through a temperature sensor 17, and thereby a control of a capability variable compressor 2 is carried out by a controlling amount calculating means 15 in reference to the corrected frequency. With such as arrangement as above, it is possible to improve a fast response characteristic of cycle during cooling operation and efficiency and to realize an excessive energy saving value.

Moreover, first and second fuzzy reasoning means 39 are provided to switch the opening of a room electric expansion valve 28 by a fuzzy reasoning as results of computation from the first and second overheating level control means 36 and 37 and the room control means 33 based on outputs of the overheating level detection means 34 and the variation of overheating level computing means 40.

CONSTITUTION:The multiroom air-conditioner comprises pressure sensing and calculating means 16, an operation monitor 17, outdoor unit control means 18a, 18b and outdoor flow-rate valve driving means 19a, 19b. At the time of stopping an outdoor unit, the means 18a receives a stop signal of last one unit or stop signals of a plurality of units from the monitor 17, instructs the means 19a whether an outdoor unit (f) is last one to be stopped or a plurality of units to be stopped. At the time of stopping the last one, the opening of an outdoor flow-rate valve 11a is maintained. At the time of stopping the plurality of units, the opening of the valve 11a is stepwisely fully-closed in response to input/output pressure difference of a refrigerant conveying unit 13.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by receiving a signal from an inverter control means and delivering signals to an electromagnetic contactor and a surge current limiting circuit while furthermore receiving a signal from the inverter control means and delivering a signal to an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:An inverter control means 10 directs a signal S10 through a relay driving means 12 to a surge current limiting relay 15 thus turning contacts 15a, 15b OFF. The relay driving means 12 then directs a signal S12, to an electromagnetic contactor 2 and turns the electromagnetic contactor 2 ON thus completing DC power supply to an inverter circuit 7. The inverter control means 10 then directs a signal S13, to an inverter base drive circuit 13 and generates an inverter waveform while furthermore directs a signal S14. from the inverter base drive circuit 13 to the inverter circuit 7. Consequently, the inverter circuit 7 inverts DC power into three-phase AC power which is then fed to a compressor 8 thus starting operation of the compressor 8.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To judge true freshness even if temperature is different in the same food material by measuring the temperature and the impedance of a vegitable or a fruit, and judging and displaying the freshness based on the measured value. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting means 11 is brought into contact with a vegitable or fruit 1 and the temperature is detected. The temperature is measured with a temperature measuring means 16. The measured value is divided into a plurality of temperature judging levels in a temperature judging means 17. An impedance detecting means 10 is brought into contact with the vegitable or fruit 1, and an AC voltage is applied. Thus the impedance is detected. The impedance is measured with an impedance measuring means 7. A freshness judging means 8 judges the freshness based on the values measured with the judging means 17 and the measuring means 7. The freshness is displayed on a freshness display means 9. Even if the freshness of the vegitable or fruit 1 is different, the correct freshness can be automatically judged by measuring the temperature and comparing the value of the impedance which is set in response to the temperature judging level beforehand with the value of the inputted impedance.

This constitution detects the inlet and outlet temperatures of the indoor heat-exchanger by one temperature sensor.

SOLUTION: The travel of a first flow rate valve RV1 for controlling the flow rate of a refrigerant of a heat exchanger 13b for radiation in an application side refrigeration cycle is controlled by a first controller CNT1 comprising a first refrigerant status computing means Ref1, a first flow rate valve control means RVcont1 and a time detection means TM based on a value of the superecooling degree of an outlet refrigerant of the heat exchanger 13b for radiation. As a result, when the flow rate of a secondary side refrigerant at the heat exchanger 13b for radiation and at the refrigerant vs refrigerant heat exchanger HEX in the application side refrigeration cycle drops too extremely to secure the supercooling degree of the refrigerant, the first flow rate valve RV is opened by a specified travel to avoid the closure of the refrigerant. This enables maintaining of comfortableness during the period of cooling or heat radiating operation in the application side refrigerating cycle thereby accomplishing continuous operation.
