    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity carry-out device of a vending machine capable of dispensing with wiring in a commodity rack and a commodity conveyer to reduce the manufacturing cost and improved reliability. SOLUTION: A sold-out flag 6 mounted on the commodity conveyer 3 is displaced according to whether the commodity is out or not. After the commodity conveyer 3 returns to the standby position, the sold-out of the commodity is detected by a sold-out detecting sensor 7, whereby wiring is not required in the commodity rack 1 and the commodity conveyer 3 to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve reliability.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for air conditioner which can solve the problem raised by the conventional constitution that the operating characteristics of the other equipment than a sensor installed to equipment cannot be measured at the time of measuring the operating data of an air conditioner and, accordingly, the diagnostic accuracy of the air conditioner becomes lower. SOLUTION: Since a numerical stitching means 15 switches in advance the used sensor to the already existing sensor of the air conditioner or the accessory sensor of an interface unit IFU1 equipped with the sensor, it becomes unnecessary to attach the accessory sensor to the interface unit IFU1 ad the working man-hour of a service man can be reduced when the already existing sensor is installed to the air conditioner. In addition, since the operating data of the air conditioner can be measured by using a communication line, it becomes unnecessary to install a first measuring instrument CNT1 outdoors and the operating data of the air conditioner can be measured accurately without being influenced by the outdoor air temperature and the installed morphology of the instrument CNT1.

A cooling operation is done by cooling heat accumulated in the ice heat tank 4. Hot water is supplied by pre-heating water in the hot water tank 5 then heating such water in the hot water tank 2.

Then, a liquid refrigerant can be carried to indoor units 12a and 12b, and it can shift smoothly to normal cooling mode, without falling in liquid shortage or gas shortage operation, by fully closing the bypass valve RV, in case that the operation passage time comes to the specified time or over.

As the time reaches a predetermined calculated time, the refrigerant pump being operated at present is stopped and the refrigerant pump being stopped is energized. An operating frequency of each of a plurality of refrigerant pumps 8a, 8b and 8c is made uniform by changing-over the refrigerant pumps, a stopped state of operation of each of the pumps caused by trouble is prevented and then a continuous operation of the pumps can be carried out without prohibiting a comfortable feeling of an indoor environment.
