Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a noise generated according to the pulsation of a coolant gas from being directly released into a sealed vessel through the opening end part of an inlet passage by providing a sound insulating cover in opposition to the opening part of the inlet passage so as to cover the opening end part. SOLUTION: A sound insulating cover 20 is provided in opposition to the opening end part 19a of an inlet passage 19 so as to cover the opening end part 19a. According to this structure, the noise released from the opening end part 19a is never directly released into a sealed vessel 1. Namely, it is propagated to the internal space of the sealed vessel 1 by colliding with the sound insulating cover 20 and being reflected or transmitted thereby. However, since the noise is damped by the sound insulating cover 20 at this time, it is hardly transmitted to the internal space of the sealed vessel 1. Thus, the noise transmitted to the outside of the sealed vessel 1 is minimized.
