    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the refrigerating capacity by ensuring the reliability of a suction valve, and improve the efficiency of a closed type compressor. SOLUTION: This closed type compressor has the suction valve 23 having plural arm parts 23a and opening and closing a suction hole 16, and a projecting part 24 formed on a space 23c between the arm parts 23a integrally with an opening and closing part 23b of the suction valve 23, whereby the opening and closing part 23b of the suction valve 23 becomes heavy in weight, and the natural frequency is reduced. As the number of times of the opening and closing of the suction valve 23 per one stroke is reduced, an average opening amount of the suction valve 23 is increased, which improves the efficiency, and the metallic fatigue of the suction valve 23 is reduced, which improves the reliability. The refrigerating capacity can be improved by reducing the space 23c at the projecting part 24.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heating of a refrigerant in a muffler and to increase efficiency, regarding a hermetic compressor used in a refrigerator for domestic use. SOLUTION: This hermetic compressor comprises a motor part 3; an enclosed container 1 containing a machine part 2, such as a cylinder 4, etc.; a valve plate 6; a muffler 19; and a suction tube 9. The muffler 19 is provided with inlet and outlet flow passages 20 and 21. The inlet flow passage 20 is provided at one end with an inlet flow passage opening 23 opened to the internal part of the enclosed container 1 and at the other end with an inlet flow passage opening 23 opened to the internal part of the muffler 19. The outlet flow passage 21 is provided at one end with an outlet flow passage opening 24 opened to the internal part of the muffler 19 and at the other end with a suction part 25 communicating with the suction hole of the valve plate 6. Since at least a part of the outlet flow passage 21 makes contact with the inlet flow passage 20, refrigerant gas is suppressed in the increase of its temperature during the passage of it through the outlet flow passage 21, which is related to improvement of volumetric efficiency and compressor efficiency.

SOLUTION: This compressor is equipped with a piston, a cylinder, a cylinder head, a valve plate 24 having an intake hole 9, a valve seat groove 22 formed around the circumference of the intake hole 9 at the cylinder side of the valve plate 24, an intake valve 23 interposed between the valve plate 24 and the cylinder, and a curved part for projecting the tip end of the intake valve 23 to the cylinder side. Noise can be reduced, and reliability can be made high, while cooling performance is being maintained as is by preventing the valve 23 from being brought into contact with the piston, when it is opened.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor capable of maintaining a stably high efficiency by preventing a temperature rising of a cooling medium gas suctioned to a cylinder and always obtaining an enhancing effect of a refrigeration ability. SOLUTION: Since an inlet duct 17 and a muffler entrance passage 16 are communicated by a ball joint portion 19 and further, the muffler entrance passage 16 and the ball joint portion 19 is a vertically movable constitution, a gap is not caused by a dispersion of an assembly and a vibration of a hermetic compressor during driving and further, the ball joint portion 19 can follow against a vertical vibration of the mechanical portion generated when the closed type compressor is driven. Therefore, a stable refrigerating capacity and an enhancing effect of an efficiency can be obtained and a noise caused by a columnar resonance of a gas in a hermetic container is reduced and further, a generation of a noise from the ball joint portion 19 can be prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of dislocation during assembly of a division rod, to facilitate assembly without a difficult work, such as matching the planes of a groove and a tip with each other, and to decide the geometric position of a connection part between the hole of a large end part and the piston of a small end part, in a reciprocating compressor used in a household refrigerator. SOLUTION: A large end part 76 is provided with a spherical dent 95 and a guide groove 96 formed in a large end hole 77 and a protrusion part 80. Since, at a small end part, one end of a rod part 81 has a connection part 73 with a piston 10 and the other end has a spherical part 97, simultaneously with insertion of the large end hole 77 into the eccentric part 11 of a crank shaft 7, the spherical dent 95 is simply inserted in the spherical body part 97 without a work like a plane matching work, and a situation that the large end part 76 drops downward and is horizontally dislocated is prevented from occurring, whereby an assembly work is extremely easy to make and a geometric position is also reliably decided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total power consumption of a closed compressor having a supercharge specification by controlling the capacity of the compressor in accordance with an ambient temperature. SOLUTION: A closed compressor includes an intake passage 22 connected at one end to an intake hole in a valve plate and having at the other end an opening end part 22a located in a space in a closed container 2 and a curved part 22b which is projected in the vertically downward direction, and a lubrication oil passage 23 having at one end a lubrication oil inlet port opened in the intake passage 22 below the curved part 22b in the vertically downward direction, and having at the other end a lubrication oil outlet port located in the space in the closed container 2. The lubrication oil outlet port 23b is located above the lubrication oil inlet port in the vertically upward direction, and accordingly, the viscosity of lubrication oil 17 becomes high at a low ambient temperature so that the lubrication oil 17 is pooled in the curved part 22b, resulting in unavailability of supercharge, but the viscosity of the lubrication oil 17 becomes low at a high ambient temperature so that the lubrication oil 17 is not pooled in the curved part 22b, resulting in availability of supercharge as in the conventional one. That is, the capacity control can be made, thereby making it possible to reduce the total power consumption.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the noise leakage within an inlet passage and to reduce the attenuation of pressure wave or reflected wave by providing, on the curved part protruded downward of the inlet passage, a lubricating oil discharge passage having one end opened into the inlet passage and the other end opened in the same height as the opening end of the lubricating oil discharge passage within the internal space of a sealed vessel. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil passage 20 is provided in the curved part 19a protruded vertically downward of an inlet passage 19. The lubricating oil passage 20 has one end opened into the inlet passage 19 and the other end opened in the same height as the opening end of the inlet passage within the internal space of a sealed vessel 1. According re this structure, the pressure wave or reflected wave within the inlet passage 20 is prevented from leaking into the internal space of the sealed vessel 1 since a lubricating oil is consequently collected in the lubricating oil passage 20. Namely, the noise leakage within the inlet passage 20 can be prevented, and the attenuation of pressure amplitude of the pressure wave or reflected wave can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of energy in a hermetic compressor. SOLUTION: This hermetic compressor comprises an oil channel 19 communicated with the upper part of a crankshaft 10 from the lower end thereof, the oil exhaust port 19a of the oil channel 19 which is opened in the upper part of the crankshaft 10, and an intake muffle 20 which is arranged beside a cylinder 7 and has a top surface 20a downwardly inclined in the direction of the crankshaft 10. When oil 13 which is exhausted from the oil exhaust port 19a splashes on the inclined part of the top surface of the intake muffler 20, the oil 13 splashes slantly upward to that an amount of oil 13 stuck to the surface of the intake muffler 20 can be reduced. The intake muffler 20 can be prevented from being heated, refrigerant gas can be prevented from being heated in the inside of the intake muffler 20, and the refrigerant gas can be supplied with a high density to the inside of the cylinder 7 so that efficiency can be improved. The oil 13 dispersed from the intake muffler 20 is cooled in a hermetic container 1, and high temperature oil 13 is supplied to a sliding part so that reliability can be improved.
