    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an in-mold transfer board that can be manufactured by an easy process and has excellent appearances by slowing problems in which a process in conventional fabrication or the like is complicated, or in the case of a molding, defects of burnings, sinks and the like occur in a manufacture of the in-mold transfer board of a refrigerator door, and in molds. CONSTITUTION:On the circumference of a gate 9 of the other mold 8, a radiator 10 is disposed which comprises an alloy of copper-beryllium with good thermal conductivity so that the temperature of molten synthetic resin 14 to be injected into mold from the gate 9 is diffusion-cooled by the radiator 10. Thus, the occurrence of defects of burnings, sinks and the like, and the peeling of a pattern layer from the resin molding can be prevented, thereby obtaining a good refrigerator door of large size and with beautiful appearances.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a heat insulating material excellent in heat insulating effect to effectively put the same to practical use by solving such a problem that a material is wasted by the generation of a skin layer having no air bubbles or the shape of air bubbles exerting effect on heat insulating effect can not by controlled in the production of the heat insulating material used in a refrigerator for heat insulation and cooling. CONSTITUTION:A container 6 having an opening part 7, the air permeable bottom part 8 provided to the other end opposed to the opening part 7 thereof and an air permeable wall body 9 provided to the periphery thereof is filled with a foamable resin and, simultaneously with the start of curing reaction, the pressures of the opening part 7 and air permeable bottom part 8 of the container 6 and the pressure around the air permeable wall body 9 are respectively controlled to form open cells in the foamable resin 10. By this method, open cells having long and snort axes of a necessary shape can be formed and a heat insulating material excellent in heat insulating and cooling effect can be produced without wastefulness.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a gasket from being exposed to cold air directly by a method wherein left and right doors, supported pivotably through bearings, are provided so as to blockade the opening of an adiabatic box having the opening and a guide section, preventing the invasion of cold air by pivoting a partitioning body by the opening and/or closing of the doors, are provided while a gap between an outer casing and an inner casing is eliminated by the guide sections, in a freezing refrigerator having both sides opening doors. CONSTITUTION:A step at the connecting part of an outer casing 2 and in inner casing 3 is eliminated by guide decorative plates 14. A freezing refrigerator, having excellent cooling efficiency, can be realized by improving the configuration of guide sections to eliminate the gap generated by the step between the outer casing and the inner casing of a freezing refrigerator 1 equipped with a first door 6A and a second door 6B of both sides opening type.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform high-efficient transmission of heat to the protrusion of a guide part and additionally effect fixing of a heat generating body by a method wherein providing the heat generating body located to the guide part and forming a screw hole for mounting in which the heat generating body is fixed. CONSTITUTION:Decoration plates 14 of a guide part are positioned on the non- pivotal supporting sides of doors 6A and 6B and facing the upper and lower parts of the edge part of an opening 5A of a heat generating box 5, and guide parts 8 are located facing each other to the upper and the lower parts of the opening 5A. Semicircular grooves 10 slidably coinciding with respective protrusions 8A of the guide parts 8 are formed in the upper and lower end parts of a partition body 9 heat generating body 16 or a heat generating body mounting plate is fixed in a mounting hole 8B formed in the protrusion 8A of the guide part 8 by means of a screw having excellent heat conductivity. This constitution high-efficiently heats the protrusion 8A of the guide part by means of the heat of the heat generating body 16.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enlarge the freedom of door design selections and eliminate the need for the corrosion-proof treatment for the edge of the door outer panel by integrally forming the gasket attaching sash and door outer panel by applying the insert molding at the time of the injection molding of the door outer panel which is made of synthetic resin, and inserting a gasket having a wedge- shaped attachment part to the gasket attachment groove to complete the door structure. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin is filled in a space formed by a male die 20, a female die 21 and a gasket attaching sash 7 to form a door outer panel 6, which is integrally formed with the gasket attaching sash 7. Since the gasket attaching sash 7 and the door outer panel 6 are fixedly joined together without inserting the door outer panel 6 to a recess in the gasket attaching sash 7 by the present one-piece molding method for the gasket attaching sash 7 and the door outer panel 6, a rib is no longer required on the gasket attaching sash 7, enlarging the freedom of design of the door 3. Further, since the material of the door outer panel 6 is synthetic resin, there is no need for corrosion-proof treatment for the edge 18 of the door outer panel.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the assembling work of the front plate of a door and a door frame as well as sealing work between the front plate and the frame of the door and reduce assembling man hours remarkably by a method wherein the front plate of the door is inserted into a mold previously to make the door frame by injection molding whereby the front plate of the door is fitted into the door frame simultaneously with the finishing of the molding of the door frame. CONSTITUTION:The front plate 11 of a door is inserted into a mold previously upon molding a door frame 12 by injection molding whereby the assembling of the front plate 11 of the door and the door frame 12 is finished simultaneously with the finishing of the molding of the door frame 12. According to this method, the front plate 11 of the door is adhered to the door frame 12 without generating any gap therebetween and, therefore, the assembling process of the front plate of the door and the door frame may be eliminated and the sealing work of a gap between the front plate and the door frame may be not be necessitated whereby the door of a refrigerator, which is easy in assembling and inexpensive in the cost thereof, may be obtained.
