    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obviate the electric connection between a door main body and a box body which supports the door main body by a method wherein left and right latch displacement limiting means, provided on the box body, are controlled so that a pin at the side of the supporting shaft of the door main body can not be released from the groove of the box body. CONSTITUTION:A box body 3 is provided with a latch displacement limiting means 10, limiting the displacement of a latch 9 and preventing a pin 2 from being released from a groove 8, while the latch displacement control means 10 is controlled based on the detecting result of left and right door main body opening and closing operation detecting means 11. When the left side surface of the door main body 1 is gripped and pulled, for example, the latch 9 is pivoted about a rod 15 in accordance with the movement of the left side pin 2, the lever of the left side latch displacement detecting switch 21 is abutted against the crest of the cam unit 17 of the latch 9 and the switch 21 is thrown. When a left side solenoid 28 is conducted thereafter, a left side lock plate 23 is pivoted about another rod 24 and the stopper surface 25 of the lock plate 23 comes to a position not precluding the advancing passage of the lock pin 18 of the left side latch 9. When the door main body is opened further, the retension of the left side pin 2, which is effected by the latch 9, is released and the door main body may be opened from the left side thereof about a right side pin 2.

CONSTITUTION:A machine room cover 24 for a refrigerator is constituted of a metallic plate and is arranged by fixing the same with screws 41 for mounting the machine room cover so that the cover 24 is abutted against a heat radiating pipe 42. According to this method, a compressor as well as high temperature and high pressure refrigerant are cooled easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a big force unnecessary to open and/or close a door and improve reliability by a method wherein a hinge pin is released from a hinge pin guide and the door is opened while sliding along a notch groove when the right side of the door is pulled while the movement of a rib along the notch groove is hindered by a pin guide at the left side of the door. CONSTITUTION:A both sides openable door device is constituted so as to be symmetry in left and right and when a handle 29' of the right side of the door is pulled, a right side pin hinge 24' is released from a right side pin guide 28' and goes out while sliding on right notch groove 27'. On the other hand, the hinge pin 24 of left side is rotated while sliding on the inside surface of a left side pin guide 28 while a left side rib 25 is rotated clockwise about the left side hinge pin 24 while being slid on the outside surface of a left side pin guide 28. Accordingly, the door 23 can be opened from the right side about the supporting point of a left side hinge pin 24 retained to the left side pin guide 28. When the left side handle 29 of the door is pulled in a condition that the door is being closed, symmetrical operation, same as a case wherein the right side handle 29' of the door is pulled, is effected.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a door not to be released from its locked state even by drawing the door to this side, or the door not to open contrary to a will even when a vehicle's vibration or jolt is large by loading the refrigerator in the vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A locking part 14 is provided on the lower surface of a locking plate 12 projected in a visor-like state up to above a door 20, loaded to and mounted at the upper part of a refrigerator body 3 and having an elasticity. A protrusion 15 engaged with the part 14 is provided on the upper surface of the door 20. Oblique parts 16, 17 are respectively provided on the front surface of the part 14 and the rear surface of the door. Thus, the parts 16, 17 are contacted and slid with the door 20 in the door closing step of the door 20, and the door 20 is smoothly locked and fixed to the closing position. Thus, even if the vibration or the jolt is large when the refrigerator is loaded on the vehicle or the like for use, the refrigerator in which the door is not opened can be provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a fixing space small and provide a light weight device under a low cost by a method wherein a double open door device is comprised of a pair of first and second connector rods in which a restricting lever, a lock lever and a direction change-over lever are connected to each other and they are moved in a symmetrical direction and spring devices which are turned against to each other in a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction. CONSTITUTION:As a handle 14 is pulled toward an operator, a hinge pin 23 pivots a restricting lever in a clockwise direction while flexing a twisting coil spring 31. The first connector rod 33 is pushed in a rightward direction, a direction change-over lever 24 is pivoted around a fixed shaft 25 in a clockwise direction, the second connector rod 37 is pulled in a leftward direction and a lock lever 35 is pivoted around a supporting shaft in a counterclockwise direction. A lock pin 36 is dropped into a restricting concave part 27e from a mountain-shaped projection 27d' of the restricting lever 27' under a rotation of the lock lever 35. The lock pin 36 is dropped into a restricting concave part 27e' of the restricting lever 27' and then a hinge pin 23' is positively held and fixed with a hook part 27a'. Accordingly, even if the right handle 14' is wrongly pulled, the restricting lever 27' is not moved.
