    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder and a seal method which can easily and safely perform accurate water shut-off operation continuously in such a way that an operator holding in his hand the extruder of a heat-melt swelling tacky agent can seal parts to be sealed freely while travelling over the parts to be sealed in a work field. SOLUTION: The method is characterized in that a cartridge containing a heat-melt-swelling tacky agent inside is inserted into a preheat-adaptor and the heat-melt-swelling tacky agent in the cartridge is heated at such a temperature that the sticking state may be maintained, and then the above cartridge is subjected to put on a gun-type extruder, the swelling tacky agent is extruded through the nozzle of the extruder by the gun-type extruder, and the swelling- tacky agent is applied on the parts to be sealed, resulting in a water shut-off processing of the parts to be sealed with the heat-type-swelling tacky agent.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen a cubic slip relation with concrete and enhance adhesion properties by using a polyethylene resin having a specific value for the surface of a resin board and providing a hydrophilic coating layer based on an emboss uneven surface and surfactant on the surface. SOLUTION: 3 to 10wt.% surfactant is added to 30 to 70wt.% polyethylene resin and 20 to 30wt.% crosslinked polyethylene resin, thereby forming a raw material resin. This raw material resin is extrusion heat-molded, thereby shaping up a resin board 1 having an emboss uneven surface 2 on both front and rear surfaces. A hydrophilic coating layer 3 is formed on the emboss uneven surfaces based on surfactant. The resin board 1 is provided with a large number of projections 4 with a spacing. As a result, this construction promoted contact properties between cement and milk, thereby providing a combining action with concrete definitely.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To homogenize protection over an entire length of a thread by a method wherein a wall having a uniform thickness of a band ring is formed into a cross-sectional taper over its full length by bending it into a bellows. CONSTITUTION:An outer protector 3A for protecting a taper screw 2A engraved on an end surface of a steel pipe 1 consists of a band ring 4A made of soft material which is to be fit to the taper screw 2A and a metallic clamp band 5A which applies the band ring 4A to the taper screw 2A. A wall 8 made of band-shaped material 6 with a uniform thickness over an entire cross section forming the band ring 4A is made into a taper by bending it like a bellows. Therefore, the entire shape of the band-shaped material is a band ring which has no distortion due to the uniformity of its wall thickness with a taper-like cross section. It also serves as a good quality thread protector which can transmit applications from the clamp band on every portion uniformly.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy adhesion of an adhesive to a resin pipe and obtain a strong bonding between a metal pipe and a synthetic resin pipe by a method wherein the synthetic resin, on the outer peripheral surface of which an unevenness is formed, is inserted in the metal pipe, on the inner peripheral surface of which an adhesive is applied in advance, and finally the metal pipe is diametrically reduced so as to pressingly fix the resin pipe to the metal pipe. SOLUTION: An unevenness 3a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a synthetic resin pipe 2, the diameter of which is somewhat smaller than that of a metal pipe 1. On the other hand, an adhesive 4 is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the metal pipe 1 so as to insert the synthetic resin pipe 2 in the metal pipe 1 in order to diametrically reduce the whole metal pipe 1 on a rolling mill 5 with rollers 6, resulting in pressingly fixing the synthetic resin pipe 2 to the inner peripheral surface of the metal pipe 1. A means for forming an unevenness on the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe 2 is performed by sliding the synthetic resin pipe 2 in a steel brush 9, which is formed by drainaging fine steel wires 8 towards the center of a tubular member 7 on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular member 7 having a diameter larger than that of the synthetic resin pipe 2, under rotation so as to form a hairline-like unevenness 3a on the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance a water stop ability by forming a plate or a sheet-like water stop material with a plurality of resin-made and surface-active agent having different melting points, and what is more, forming a water expandability layer and enhancing its adhesivity to concrete. CONSTITUTION: A molding raw material which comprises a 60 to 70 parts by weight of polyethylene resin and 30 to 40 parts by weight of crosslinkable polyethylene having a higher melting point than that of the resin and 0.3 to 10 parts by weight of a nonionic surface active agent is molded in the shape of a plate or a sheet based on a heating extrusion method. In addition to that, an emboss uneven surface is formed on the surface at least on a single side, thereby forming a hydrophilic coated layer by the surface active agent and further forming a water expandable layer 2 on the surface so as to form a concrete close contact water stop material 1. Carbon fibers or metal nets may be buried in or pasted with the water stop material 1 so as to reinforce. This water stop material 1 is mounted to a water leakage spot in concrete or a concrete placement form, thereby sealing water. This construction makes it possible to enhance a water stop effect on the concrete surface.
