Abstract: A Ni-based single crystal superalloy according to the invention has, for example, a composition including: 5.0 to 7.0 wt% of Al, 4.0 to 10.0 wt% of Ta, 1.1 to 4.5 wt% of Mo, 4.0 to 10.0 wt% of W, 31 to 8.0 wt% of Re, 0.0 to 2.0 wt% of Hf, 2.5 to 8.5 wt% of Cr, 0.0 to 9.9 wt% of Co, 0.0 to 4.0 wt% of Nb, and 1.0 to 14.0 wt% of Ru in terms of weight ratio; and the remainder including Ni and incidental impurities. In addition, the contents of Cr, Hf and Al are preferably set so as to satisfy the equation OP>=108. According to the Ni-based single crystal superalloy of the invention, high creep strength can be maintained and the oxidation resistance can be improved.

Abstract: A Ni-base directionally solidified superalloy and a Ni-base single-crystal superalloy, which have superior creep strength at a high temperature, consists essentially of from 5.0 percent by weight to 7.0 percent by weight of Al, from 4.0 percent by weight to 16.0 percent by weight of Ta + Nb + Ti, from 1.0 percent by weight to 4.5 percent by weight of Mo, from 4.0 percent by weight to 8.0 percent by weight of W, from 3.0 percent by weight to 8.0 percent by weight of Re, 2.0 percent by weight or less of Hf, 10.0 percent by weight or less of Cr, 15.0 percent by weight or less of Co, from 1.0 percent by weight to 4.0 percent by weight of Ru, 0.2 percent by weight or less of C, 0.03 percent by weight or less of B, and Ni and inescapable impurities as a balance. The superalloys can be used for a turbine blade, a turbine vane and the like of a jet engine, an industrial gas turbine and the like.

Abstract: Disclosed is an Ni-base single crystal superalloy having a composition co mposed of, in percentage by weight, not less than 5.0% by weight and not mor e than 7.0% by weight of Al, not less than 4.0% by weight and not more than 10.0% by weight of Ta, not less than 1.1% by weight and not more than 4.5% b y weight of Mo, not less than 4.0% by weight and not more than 10.0% by weig ht of W, not less than 3.1% by weight and not more than 8.0% by weight of Re , not less than 0.0% by weight and not more than 2.0% by weight of Hf, not l ess than 2.5% by weight and not more than 8.5% by weight of Cr, not less tha n 0.0% by weight and not more than 9.9% by weight of Co, not less than 0.0% by weight and not more than 4.0% by weight of Nb, not less than 1.0% by weig ht and not more than 14.0% by weight of Ru, and the balance of Ni and unavoi dable impurities. It is preferable that the composition ratio among Cr, Hf a nd Al is set so that the OP value is not less than 108. This Ni-base single crystal superalloy is improved in oxidation resistance, while maintaining hi gh creep strength.

Abstract: A Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is produced by casting a Ni-base directionally solidified alloy having a composition of 10 to 14 wt.% Co, 2 to 3 wt.% Cr, 1.5 to 2.5 wt.% Mo, 5 to 6.5 wt.% W, 5.7 to 6.5 wt.% Al, 5.5 to 6.5 wt.% Ta, 4.5 to 5.0 wt.% Re, 0.01 to 1.5 wt.% Hf, 0.01 to 0.30 wt.% C, 0.01 to 0.03 wt.% B, and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. The Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is subjected to a solid solution treatment process at a temperature in the range of 1250 to 1300 DEG C. Then the Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is subjected to a two-stage aging process for aging the Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting at a temperature in the range of 750 to 1200 DEG C.
