    Abstract: PURPOSE:To sufficiently track an object to be tracked even when said object moves in a state shifted from an estimated track by applying correction processing to receiving data on the basis of estimated track data and performing stepping drive on the basis of the estimated track data. CONSTITUTION:A non-directional beacon signal 1a is sent out from an object 1 to be tracked and a receiving apparatus 3 detects the level of the receiving signal of an antenna to send out the same to an antenna control apparatus 7. The antenna driving circuit 4 drives the antenna at the antenna order angle sent from the apparatus and the level of the receiving signal obtained from the apparatus 3 is sampled by a sampling processing part 9 through an integrator 8 to be stored in a memory circuit 10. An operational processing part 11 judges the next antenna driving direction of the basis of the level of the receiving signal obtained through the integrator 8, the processing part 9 and the circuit 10 and the estimated track data obtained from an estimated track data memory part 5 to determine the order angle of the antenna 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the phase noise due to incomplete hardware of an antenna main body by providing a variable phase shifter shifting the phase of a signal inputted/outputted to/from input/output terminals of the antenna main body corresponding to a control signal varied periodically. CONSTITUTION:The antenna main body 1 having variable phase shifters 13, 14 is provided with a variable phase shifter 2 whose phase shift quantity is controlled by a control signal S, whose one terminal is connected to the input/ output terminal 15 and whose other terminal is used as an input/output terminal 3. Suppose that the phase shift is +5 deg., -10 deg. due to manufacture error of the phase shifter 13 and the phase shift quantity of the phase shifter 14 is ideally + or -7.84 deg., then the main body 1 applies phase modulation to a reception signal or a transmission signal by 0.36 deg. in terms of phase deviation. Thus, the change in the phase shift of the phase shifter 2 due to the signal S is set to 0.36 deg.. The phase modulation due to the main body 1 is canceled by the phase modulation by the phase shifter 2 and the antenna system without phase noise is obtained due to beam switching when viewing the terminal 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To dispense with a mechanism for scanning an antenna while judging the direction of a radio wave quickly, by driving an antenna in the direction of radio waves arrives being identified according to a detection output level. CONSTITUTION:A received signal is detected synchronously with a mixer 9 of a local oscillator 6 and the detection output thereof is supplied to a signal processing section 8. A peak scan control circuit 7 performs a changeover control of phase shifting property of a phase shifting circuit provided within an antenna power supply section 2 cyclically in switching. A detection signal with the mixer 9 obtained synchronizing the switching cycle is processed with a signal processing section 8 to identify the direction of a radio wave source. A motor 11 is driven in the direction of the radio wave source thus obtained through a driving circuit 10 to turn an antenna 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an objective satellite easily and quickly even when a plurality of satellites exist in close proximity to one another.
    SOLUTION: A beacon receiver 5 determines the frequency deviation of a received signal based on an IF signal from a frequency converter 4. The storage of an antenna controller 6 prestores satellite information 12, i.e. a table including the positional information and frequency deviation of each satellite. The antenna controller 6 determines whether the frequency deviation determined by the beacon receiver 5 coincides with that of the satellite information 12 or not. If they coincide with each other, the antenna controller 6 drives an antenna 1 by using a step track system to the direction for maximizing the receiving level. If they do not coincide with each other, the antenna controller 6 recalculates the direction of the objective satellite to be captured based on the positional information of the satellite information 12.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna controller for a diversity antenna by which simultaneous transmission reception is attained and which is applicable even when an incoming direction of a radio wave largely changes. SOLUTION: A radio wave from a mobile station 10 is received by directivity antennas 1, 3, a level comparator 5 compares reception levels via receivers 2, 4 and an antenna drive control circuit 6 changes the direction of the antennas 1, 3 so that the level difference is zero. The antennas 1, 3 are turned both in the same direction by a prescribed azimuth angle difference F. A transmission signal changeover device 9 provides an output of a transmission signal to an antenna whose reception level is higher based on the comparison result of the level comparator 5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a quick tracking without requiring a complicated demodulator, by scanning by a beam electrically with an electric antenna to determine the incoming direction of a radio wave based on the amplitude of a reception level. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave arriving at an beam scannable antenna 1 is sent to an antenna controller 10 through a low noise amplifier 2 and a receiving device 3. This antenna controller 10 is made up of a mixer 4, a local oscillator 5, a beam scan controlling circuit 6, a signal processing section 7 and a motor driving circuit 8. A received signal sent to the antenna controller 10 is taken into a signal processing section through a mixer 4. This signal processing section 7 determines the direction of the incoming ratio waves based on a level of the received signal being detected. Based on the results of the determination, the motor driving circuit 8 drives and controls an Z-axis motor 11 and an EL- axis motor 12 to vary the direction of the antenna 1.
