    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a membrane after a doctor blade is automatically, uniformly and simply wipen out or/and dried by automatically holding the doctor blade between wipers under prescribed grasping pressure. CONSTITUTION:A doctor blade automatic wiping-out apparatus part wherein a hand 5 consisting of a main hand body 1 and the doctor blade wiping-out wiper holder means 2 arranged to one end of the main hand body l through a repulsive press means 3 is attached to the arm of an articulated robot 6 is provided. A printer part is constituted of an intaglio roll A having a large number of ink cells, an ink supply device B filling the ink cells with ink, a printing roll C wherein an elastic plate to which the ink of the intaglio roll A is transferred is provided to a plate cylinder and a printing table D fixing a member D2 to be printed to which the ink of the printing roll C is transferred.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a membrane after an intaglio roll is wiped out and dried by providing an intaglio roll automatic wiping-out device wherein a hand is attached to an articulated robot and a printer part consisting of an intaglio roll, an ink supply device, a printing roll and a printing table. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus main body is constituted of an intaglio roll automatic wiping-out device part and a printer part. The intaglio roll automatic wiping-out device is constituted by attaching a hand 5 consisting of a main hand body 1 and the intaglio roll wiping-out wiper holder means 2 attached to one end of the main hand body 1 through a repulsive press means 3 to the arm 60 of an articulated robot 6. The printer part is constituted of an intaglio roll A having a large number of ink cells, an ink supply device B filling the ink cells with ink, a printing roll C wherein an elastic plate to which the ink of the intaglio roll is transferred is provided to a plate cylinder and a printing table D fixing a member D2 to be printed to which the ink of the printing roll C is transferred.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To transfer an ink so that the phase of a gravure grain can be set off to form a smooth and high-accuracy film with a good linearity of an edge of a body to be printed by a printing method wherein an intaglio printing plate is moved in a printing direction and/or orthogonally to the printing direction by a specific distance. CONSTITUTION:An intaglio printing plate is moved in a printing direction by a formula (y) and/or orthogonally to the printing direction by a formula (x) by an intaglio printing plate roll moving device or an intaglio plate moving device. In the formulas, (x), (y) represent a travel distance ; (p) is a pitch in a bank part of an intaglio printing plate ; (n) is a travel pitch number in irregularities of the intaglio printing plate shown by a integer ; and theta is an angle of the direction of a rotating shaft of a printing roll to the irregularities in a slanting line or lattice form on the surface of the intaglio printing plate. The range is limited, for example, because the movement or rotation of the intaglio printing plate in a direction shown by an integer of x sin theta/p results in the phase of the irregularities being equal to the previous phase invariably. The signs of (n), (x), (y) represent the direction of movement, which is forward if the sign is positive, and reverse if it is negative. In this manner, the surface has a high smoothness and a pattern has a sharp edge.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the elution of metal ions and infiltration of metal powder into thin film forming ink by forming the surface of the inner wall of the recess of an intaglio, the surface of the bank part, and the edge of a doctor blade with a ceramic. CONSTITUTION:The ink supplied by a supply means 20 is uniformly filled in the recess 11 of the intaglio 10 by a drawdown means 30 consisting of the doctor 31 having a doctor blade 32. A body 3 to be printed placed on a surface plate 41 is moved to a printing position A while rotating the intaglio 10 by a motor 61. The body 3 is brought into contact with the intaglio 10 at this place, and a thin film of a specified pattern is printed on the surface. In such a thin film forming device, at least the surface of the inner wall of the recess 11, the bank part, and the edge of the doctor blade 32 are formed with a ceramic. Inorg. nitride, carbide, and oxide are used as the ceramic, and the thin film is formed in 0.1-10mum thickness by a coating process such as reactive sputtering, reactive ion plating, and plasma CVD.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent elution of metal ion and mixture of metal powder, by using an intaglio printing of which the surface is ceramics and a doctor blade of which the edge is ceramics. CONSTITUTION:For an intaglio printing 1, a specific pattern is formed on an electrolytic copper layer of the intaglio printing 1, and hard chromium plating is processed thereon, and otherwise the same specific pattern is formed on a stainless plate and ceramic coating is covered thereon. Further, either of a flat board state intaglio printing or a cylindrical one is preferable as its form. For a doctor blade 21, the doctor blade ordinarily used such as a plate of not more than several mm in thickness or the like is coated by ceramics. At least a portion in contact with ink of the surface of the intaglio printing 1 is coated by ceramics. Further, at least the cutting edge of the doctor blade 21 is coated by ceramics. Inorganic nitrides, inorganic carbides, inorganic oxides, composite oxides, etc., are used as ceramics.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the high accurate printing on materials to be printed possible by transferring the specific pattern of a fixed thickness on to a printing roller, by arranging many ink cells on the surface of the cylindrical intaglio roller to which a fixed amount of ink is supplied. CONSTITUTION:The ink cells 3b,...,3b of a specific pattern are formed on an intaglio roller 3 and ink is dropped onto the surface of the intaglio roller 3 from an ink feeder 5. The intaglio roller 3 is rotated being synchronized with a printing roller 4 by a drive motor 7. Then, a fixed amount of ink is successively filled into the ink cells 3b,...,3b of the intaglio roller 3 with a doctor 6 and the ink in the ink cells of the intaglio roller 3 is transferred to the projected part 4a of the printing roller 4. The drive motor 7 of the printing roller 4 and the drive motor 12 of a surface plate 12 are driven by synchronization and the projected part 4a of the printing roller 4 is contacted with the surface of materials to be printed 10 slightly being deflected. Thus, the ink of the specific pattern of the projected part 4a is transferred onto the materials to be printed 10.
