    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial deodorant sheet demonstrating superior antibacterial, bacteria subsiding, mildewproof, deodorizing and deodorant effects and also provided its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An antibacterial deodorant sheet is manufactured by carrying out a process of forming a water-soluble resin layer on a water-soluble base or a releasable base, a process of spraying antibacterial particles 3 on the water-soluble layer and then drying the same or drying the water-soluble resin layer and then applying a dispersion liquid of antibacterial particles 3, a process of forming a hydrophobic film layer 4 on the water-soluble resin layer, a process of laminating a substrate 5 on the hydrophobic film layer 4, a process of removing the water-soluble base or the releasable base and exposing the water-soluble resin layer and a process of removing the water-soluble resin layer and exposing a part of antibacterial particles 3, and all of the processes are carried out in the above order.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the surface deformation of letterpress at the time of the pressure contact with an object to be printed and to form a precise thin film pattern in uniform thickness by forming the letterpress of a printing roll from a metal or ceramics and arranging the same to the peripheral surface of a plate cylinder through an elastic layer. CONSTITUTION:A device main body is equipped with an intaglio roll 1 having a large number of ink cells 6, a device supplying ink to the surface of the intaglio roll 1 and a doctor filling the ink cells 6 with ink and further equipped with a printing roll 4 having letterpress 15 whose top surface comes into contact with the intaglio roll 1 on the peripheral surface of a plate cylinder and transferring the ink in the ink cells 6 to the top surface of the letterpress 15 and a printing table 5 transferring the ink on the top surface of the letterpress 15 to the surface of an object 14 to be printed. In the above mentioned constitution, the printing roll 4 is constituted by forming the letterpress 15 composed of a metal or ceramics to the peripheral surface of the plate cylinder through an elastic layer 17 to prevent the surface deformation of the letterpress at the time of the pressure contact with the object 14 to be printed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent elution of metal ion and mixture of metal powder, by using an intaglio printing of which the surface is ceramics and a doctor blade of which the edge is ceramics. CONSTITUTION:For an intaglio printing 1, a specific pattern is formed on an electrolytic copper layer of the intaglio printing 1, and hard chromium plating is processed thereon, and otherwise the same specific pattern is formed on a stainless plate and ceramic coating is covered thereon. Further, either of a flat board state intaglio printing or a cylindrical one is preferable as its form. For a doctor blade 21, the doctor blade ordinarily used such as a plate of not more than several mm in thickness or the like is coated by ceramics. At least a portion in contact with ink of the surface of the intaglio printing 1 is coated by ceramics. Further, at least the cutting edge of the doctor blade 21 is coated by ceramics. Inorganic nitrides, inorganic carbides, inorganic oxides, composite oxides, etc., are used as ceramics.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth high accuracy print having excellent dimensional accuracy and uniform ink film, by forming a pattern into an intaglio then placing a letterpress having the same shape as said intaglio or a slightly wider area and the pattern covering over the intaglio, and forming the pattern onto an object to be printed. CONSTITUTION:An intaglio 1 where a gravure cell 11 with a pattern is filled with ink 4 and a letterpress 2 having the same shape as said intaglio 1 or slightly wider area than the intaglio 1 and a pattern covering over the intaglio 1 on the top face 21 of a projecting section are pressure contacted such that both patterns are matched, so as to move the ink 4 from the gravure cell 11 to the top face 21 of the letterpress. The patterns of the intaglio 1 and the letterpress are identical or the pattern of the letterpress is larger than that of the intaglio print, whereby the ink adheres only to the top face 21 of the letterpress. Consequently, the ink is not transferred onto an object 3 to be printed in the form of scumming. When the intaglio 2 and the object 3 to be printed are pressure contacted, the ink 4 on the intaglio 2 moves onto the object 3 so as to form a pattern on the object 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent electrically conductive glass having a displaying part or an inputting part having an arbitrary resistance and a detouring circuit part having an arbitrary resistance by forming the above parts with a transparent electrically conductive film. CONSTITUTION:The thin film forming apparatus to be used for the production of a transparent electrically conductive glass is composed of an engraved roll 3 having a number of ink cells on the surface, an ink supplying apparatus 5 to supply a transparent electrically conductive film ink to the engraved roll, a doctor 6 to spread the transparent electrically conductive film ink on the surface of the engraved roll, a printing roll 4 having protrusions to contact with the engraved roll and receive the transparent electrically conductive film ink from the engraved roll, a driving apparatus 8 for driving the printing roll and the engraved roll, a surface table 9 to place a printing object, a printing object driving apparatus 10 to move the surface table and a controlling apparatus to control the rotation of the printing roll and the motion of the surface table. The displaying part or the inputting part is formed by using an engraved roll having shallow ink cell or small ink cell pitch and the detouring circuit part is formed by using an engraved roll having deep ink cell or large ink cell pitch.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the pattern of an inorg. oxide film on a base body having low heat resistance by coating the hydrate of an inorg. oxide on the base body, then subjecting the same to laser irradiation to effect a dehydration reaction. CONSTITUTION:The sol of the alumina hydrate is coated by a roll coater on a glass plate and is dried for 15 minutes at about 60 deg.C. While this coating is heated to about 150 deg.C, the coating is irradiated by the laser beam from a YAG laser device along, the prescribed circumferential pattern to effect the dehydration reaction. The sol of the non-irradiated part is cleaned and removed by a dilute acid and the glass plate is heated at about 450 deg.C to further progress the dehydration reaction. The patterned inorg. oxide film is thereby easily obtd. Formation of the inorg. oxide film on a film having low heat resistance is possible as well by coating the hydrate sol of the inorg. oxide having 90:5:5 atomic ratio of Al, Ti and Si on a polyether ketone film and causing the coating to be irradiated by the laser beam from a CO2 laser.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of a specimen solution, by transferring the reactant ink bonded to the top surface of the protruding part of letterpress to the recessed part provided to a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 2 is preformed on a substrate 1 composed of paper or plastic. Next, reactant ink 3 is bonded to the top surface of the protruding part 5 of letterpress whose protruding part 5 has a shape smaller than that of the recessed part 2 and having a height equal to or larger than the depth of the recessed part and transferred to the bottom surface of the recessed part 2 of eighth substrate 1. By this method, a reaction tester is obtained wherein the ink 3 is formed only to the bottom surface of the recessed part of the substrate 1. Therefore, the outflow of a specimen solution can be prevented.
