Abstract:
A low cost transdermal patch, which comprises water soluble microneedles and has good performance, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A transdermal patch (1 E) comprises a microneedle sheet (310), which comprises a plurality of water soluble microneedles (311), moisture permeable sheet (320), wherethrough water vapor passes, and a reinforcing film (30E). The reinforcing film (30E) is adhered, by an adhesive layer (35) having an adhesive strength less than that of an adhesive layer (322), onto an outer surface (320b) of the moisture permeable sheet (320), which is the side opposite the skin opposing surface (320a). The reinforcing film (30E) includes a water vapor barrier sheet (31), which blocks the passage of water vapor through at least a first area (Ar1), and a removable portion (32) around the water vapor barrier sheet (31). The removable portion (32) is configures such that it can be separated from and peeled off the water vapor barrier sheet (31).

A transparent touch panel (1) comprises an upper optical phase film (4) having a movable electrode portion (3) and capable of giving a phase delay of 1/4 wavelength to incident light with its centre frequency in the visible region, and a lower optical phase film (6) having a fixed electrode portion (5) and capable of giving a phase delay of 1/4 wavelength to incident light with its centre frequency in the visible region, the upper and lower films being separated by an empty layer (7). An upper polarizer (8) is attached to the upper surface of the touch panel (1), while a lower polarizer (9) is attached to the lower surface of a liquid crystal display (2). The optical axis of the upper film and the polarization axis of the upper polarizers make an angle of about 45 degrees. The angle of the axis of polarization of light emitted from the liquid crystal display is about 45 degrees with respect to the optical axis of the lower film. The optical axes of the upper and lower films make an angle of about 90 degrees.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of a touch input system which is low in reflection and high in contrast and visibility. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device of the touch input system, where a liquid display is arranged on the under side of a transparent touch panel, an upper polarizing plate is arranged on the top surface of the transparent touch panel where an upper optical phase differential film which imparts a phase lag of a quarter wavelength to incident light of a central wavelength of a visible region and is equipped with a movable electrode section on the under surface and a lower optical phase differential film which imparts the phase lag of the quarter wavelength to the incident light of the central wavelength of the visible region and is equipped with a stationary electrode section on the top surface are arranged through a space layer, and a lower polarizing plate is arranged on the under surface of the liquid crystal display. A glass substrate having optical anisotropy is disposed between the stationary electrode section and the lower optical phase differential film and the stationary electrode section is directly formed on the glass substrate having the optical anisotropy. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability to a slide repeated with an input pen, etc., and to suppress a decrease in yield at the time of assembly and conveyance in a manufacturing process by providing the transparent touch panel with a self-curing coat layer. SOLUTION: The transparent touch panel has one self-curing coat layer 6. This self-curing coat layer 6, even if deformed, restores itself to the state before the deformation with time. When information is inputted to the transparent touch panel, pressure is applied to the transparent touch panel surface with a finger, an input pen, etc. or a slide is made, but the self-curring coat layer 6 in the transparent touch panel deforms to decrease the frictional force of the surface, the stress in a movable-side transparent substrate 1, the contact pressure between transparent conductive films 3 in the transparent touch panel, etc. Further, the layer restores itself to the shape before the deformation with time. The transparent touch panel surface and transparent conductive film 3 can be improved in durability to a slide repeated with the input pen, etc.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that hardly causes warpage, even if it is exposed to severe temperature environment or humidity environment. SOLUTION: A pair of upper electrode sheet 1 and a lower electrode sheet 2, each having transparent electrodes are arranged facing each other on a transparent film formed of polyethylene terephthalate interposing spacers 3 between the electrodes, and a transparent holding plate 5 formed of a polycarbonate plate is bonded to the entire undersurface of the lower electrode sheet 2 via a transparent bonding layer 4. Additionally, a transparent warpage correcting sheet 6 formed of a polyethylene terephthalate film is bonded to the entire undersurface of the transparent holding plate 5 via a transparent bonding layer 4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a cavity in a liquid crystal display part even if it is adhered to a liquid crystal display wholly through a pressure sensitive adhesive by forming a decoration transfer layer on a surface on the opposite side of an input surface of a touch panel main body. SOLUTION: The decoration transfer layer 5 side of transfer foil is brought into close contact with a surface on the opposite side of an input surface of a transparent touch panel main body 1 having a printing display part. Next, heat and pressure are applied from the base body sheet side of the transfer foil through a heat resistant rubber elastic body by using a roller having a heat resistant rubber elastic body, for example, silicone rubber and a transfer machine. In this way, a decoration transfer layer 5 is adhered to a surface of a transfer object. Finally, when a base body sheet is torn off after cooling, separation is caused on a boundary surface between the base body sheet and the decoration transfer layer 5, and transfer is completed. Even if the above transparent touch panel is mounted on a liquid crystal display wholly through a pressure sensitive adhesive, a cavity is not generated in a liquid crystal display part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection panel of an electronic apparatus display window, in which a touch input operation in a display window of an electronic apparatus can be performed, and a touch input operation plane is easy to wipe off dirt such as oils and fats without sliding the same part, also which is hard to be damaged, to provide an electronic apparatus with the protection panel, and to provide a method of producing the protection panel. SOLUTION: In the protection panel (100) for an electronic apparatus display window provided with a protection panel body (1) consisting of transparent resin and a decoration layer (9) having a transparent window section (8a), the protection panel body (1) is formed from an object in which a transparent lower electrode (2) is formed on the upper surface, it is adhered at the peripheral edge section to a transparent resin film (3) in which a transparent upper electrode (4) is formed at a lower surface opposing to the transparent lower electrode (2) through an air layer, the decoration layer (9) is formed at least at one side of surface of a transparent resin cover film (8) stuck at the upper surface of the transparent resin film (3).
