    Abstract: In the touch panel of an analog resistance film form having independent connection electrodes to be connected via a conductive adhesive (5) to lead electrodes (13, 14) set to an opposing panel, the conductive adhesive is made up of a main conductive filler (51) of flakes or spheres of a particle size of 1-20 mu m or short fibers of a length of 1-20 mu m and a spherical auxiliary conductive filler (52) having an insulating core material (52a) coated with a conductive layer (52b) and a larger particle size by 10-100 mu m than a minimum distance of contact faces of the electrodes, both fillers dispersed in a binder, whereby the auxiliary conductive filler is always kept in touch with the lead electrodes and connection electrodes.

    Abstract: Es bestand die Aufgabe, bei einem Touchscreen, in dem ein Elektrodenabschnitt auf einem Basisfilm ausgebildet ist, das Muster des Elektrodenabschnitts weniger sichtbar zu machen. Dies wird gelöst mit einem Touchscreen 1 mit einem ersten Basisfilm 11, einer ersten transparenten Elektrode 15, einem zweiten Basisfilm 13, einer zweiten transparenten Elektrode 17 und einem zweiten Zwischenbasisfilm 21. Die erste transparente Elektrode 15 ist auf dem ersten Basisfilm 11 ausgebildet. Der zweite Basisfilm 13 ist so angeordnet, dass er dem ersten Basisfilm 11 gegenüberliegt bzw. zugewandt ist. Die zweite transparente Elektrode 17 ist auf dem zweiten Basisfilm 13 ausgebildet. Der zweite Zwischenbasisfilm 21 besitzt einen Retardationswert von 3000 nm oder mehr und ist so angeordnet, dass dessen Kontraktionsrichtung und die Kontraktionsrichtungen des ersten Basisfilms 11 und des zweiten Basisfilms 13 übereinstimmen.

    Abstract: A protection panel with a touch input function for an electronic instrument display window, which is excellent in reliability in an FPC connection. The panel is constituted such that the outer side face can be fitted into a panel fitting part of a casing having an aperture and kept without a gap to form a leveled plane and is configured to protect a display device provided under it externally visibly through a transparent window. A pin-equipped FPC (10) for taking out electric signals via through holes from the rear of the protective panel is characterized in that a metal pin fixation hole (10e) is bored on a film substrate (10f) and a circuit (10c) serving as a conductive part at a connection terminal (10a) of the FPC; a metal pin (14) having an axis part (14b) and a head part (14a) formed in a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the pin axis part is inserted into the metal pin fixation hole from the circuit side; a cover-lay film (10b) is stuck onto the circuit (10c) and the film substrate (10f) to cover the head part of the metal pin and also a conductive adhesive layer (21) is interposed between the circuit (10c) and the head part of the metal pin (14).

    Abstract: METHOD FOR CONNECTING LEAD WIRES TO TOUCH PANEL In a method for connecting lead wires to a touch panel (1), the method includes the steps of: providing through holes (9a to 9d) the number of which corresponds to the number of electrode ends (6c, 7c, 6d, 7d) by perforation in a lower electrode plate (3); using a metal-pin (11 to 14) having a pin-shaft (11 b to 14b) and a disk shaped pin-head (11a to 14a) with ~ diameter larger than an outer diameter of the pin-shaft; inserting the pin-shaft into a metal-pin fixing hole (1 Oe) formed corresponding to the through hole (9a) at a circuit (10c) in a connector tail of a lead wire (10), whereby the pin-shaft is erectly provided on the connector tail of the lead wire; and inserting the pin-shafts into the through holes, and in addition, electrically connecting the pin-shaft inserted into a lower electrode plate (3) through a conductive adhesive (15) to electrode ends.
