The invention concerns a hair dryer comprising a housing (1) including means for circulating an air stream between an inlet end (4) and an outlet end (5) of said housing, and a device (3) arranged proximate to the outlet end (5) for modifying the air stream outlet cross-section (S), said device comprising at least two flaps (6a, 6b) arranged in the air stream and means for rotating said flaps. The invention is characterised in that said device (3) comprises a tubular nozzle (7) arranged between the two flaps (6a, 6b) and axially mobile relative to said air stream.

The invention relates to a hair dryer diffuser comprising a base (1) having a rear opening (2) intended to receive the inlet of an air flow and a front face intended to diffuse an outflow of air. The diffuser also comprises a central portion (14, 15) which extends forward from the base (1) and which has a cross-section that decreases or remains constant as it extends forward from the base, said central portion (14, 15) comprising openings through which part of the air flow can pass. The diffuser comprises fingers (6) that extend forward from the front face of the base (1), such as to come into contact with the hair being dried. The diffuser is characterised in that it is a one-piece diffuser. The invention also relates to a method for producing said diffuser.

The invention relates to a hair dressing device that comprises two jaws (2, 3), wherein hair can be inserted between the two jaws, one of the ends thereof defining a handle (1) and each at the other end a treatment drum (10, 11) capable of rotation about the longitudinal axis of the jaw, at least one of said drums including a heating member (18). According to the invention, the apparatus includes a means for actuating at least one drum having an outer diameter between 22 mm and 38 mm in order to impart thereto a rotation speed of between 12 rot/min and 30 rot/min, the temperature of the drum (10, 11) at the contact surface with the hair ranging from 140°C to 230°C, and preferably being 200°C.

The invention concerns a hair treatment apparatus comprising a housing (1) designed to be hand-held containing means for circulating air between an input end (2) and an output end (3) of said housing and/or means for heating the air or part of the apparatus for hair treatment, as well as means for controlling the operation of the apparatus. The invention is characterized in that at least one electroluminescent lamp (10) is integrated in the oblique-surface walls of said housing (1) while being connected to said control means.

The invention relates to a hair dryer comprising: a housing (1) which is equipped with an inlet (2) for air which is drawn in by a suction fan (4) and which is conveyed towards an air outlet (3) through an electric heating element, means of controlling the hair dryer operating mode by selecting different power levels for the heating element and/or the fan, and a selection display device (19). The invention also comprises a control button (21) which is used to switch between a manual setting operating mode and an automatic setting operating mode, said control button being connected to the display device (19) in order to signal the selected operating mode.

The invention concerns a manual dispenser of thermofusible dispenser, in particular depilatory wax, comprising a housing (10) forming a manual holding element, wherein is arranged a reservoir (15) or chamber containing granular thermofusible substance or in the form of a loaf (5), said reservoir being completed with means (30, 32, 34) to move forward the thermofusible substance towards a heating grid (20) provided in said reservoir outlet surface. The invention is characterised in that, the dispenser comprises electromechanical means (22, 45, 47, 48) interrupting the heating grid (20) power supply when the forward movement pressure of the thermofusible substance towards the grid is less than a minimum predetermined value, said means being arranged such that the effect of their action on the grid (20) is located substantially at the centre thereof.
