    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a sawtooth wave with stable amplitude where DC component is eliminated by connecting a reference power supply to one input terminal of an operational amplifier, feeding back a sawtooth wave from a Miller integration circuit to the other input of the operational amplifier via a low pass filter and an inverting amplifier means and extracting a sawtooth wave from the output of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The DC component via low pass filers 9, 10 is amplified by a noninverting amplifier 11 and fed back to the operational amplifier 1 to control the positive peak value of the sawtooth wave to be constant. The negative peak of the sawtooth wave is decided by a reference power supply 8, then the amplitude is stabilized independently of the vertical frequency. The ripple included in the output of the low pass filters 9, 10 is fed back to attain S-shaped correction. In this case, since the production of ripple is allowed, the value of the capacitor 10 of the low pass filters 9, 10 is decreased and the time till the stabilization of operation is quickened at application of power supply.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enlarge a controllable range, by connecting the first switching element to the series circuit of a condenser and a coil and a diode, in parallel with each other, and by pulse-width-controlling the second switching element connected to the diode in parallel with each other, according to output voltage. CONSTITUTION:The first switching element 1 is connected to a DC power source 9 in series, and the switching is performed with specified frequency. To the switching element 1, the series circuit of a condenser 5 and a coil 6 and a diode 7 is connected in parallel with each other, and the second switching element 13 is connected in parallel with the diode 7. A pulse width control circuit 12 is connected to the second switching element 13, and by the feedback of output voltage value Vc, the first switching element 1 is pulse-width-controlled between the latter half and the end during the conduction period according to the value Vc. As a result, a control range for pulse width control is enlarged, and switching loss can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the correct detection of the magnetic field caused by the earth magnetism for the landing corrector of the color TV picture receiver by securing the asynchronization between the horizontal deflecting frequency and the exciting frequency of the detection element of the earth magnetism detector. CONSTITUTION:Exciting signal generator circuit 7 generates the sine wave current of the higher harmonic frequency which is asynchronous with the horizontal feflecting frequency to supply it to sensor S1 which is installed to detect the magnetic field of the 45-degree direction to the axis of the color cathode-ray tube via sensor driving circuit 8. The detection signal obtained at detection coil 4 is supplied to synchronism detector circuit 10 to which the output signal of exciting signal generator 7 is supplied to via double multiplying circuit 11 in the form of the reference signal via the tuning amplifier 9. Then the output of circuit 10 is supplied to current driving circuit 13 via DC amplifier circuit 12, and the output of circuit 13 is supplied to correction coil 5a and 5b which are connected in series and in the opposite relation to each other.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress leakage electric field and to enable a pressure check and magnetization prevention by performing the on/off control of the relay switch energizing a degaussing coil in accordance with the operation state of a monitoring device. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch 2 is turned off, either one of relay switches SW1 and SW2 is connected with a power source circuit 3. By the switch 2, an AC power source is turned on, the both of the SW1 and SW2 are turned off when a monitoring device is in a remote control standby state and the discharge of the leakage electric field from a degaussing coil 8 is prevented. When a DC power source is turned on so that the monitoring device may be in its operation state in the standby state, the both of the SW1 and SW2 are turned on, degaussing is performed by flowing current to the coil 8. After a few second passes, the SW1 and SW2 are turned off. Therefore, when the monitoring device becomes its operation state, the coil 8 is completely cut off from a power source line and leakage electric field is not radiated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a magnetic field to harmful to a human body by extending a connection lead and forming a loop-form leak magnetic field offset coil at least one side at the upper side or the lower side of a deflection yoke. CONSTITUTION:When the direction of a magnetic field generated at a deflection yoke 1 is represented by the arrow (a), the direction of the magnetic field generated at a setoff coil 7 is made in the reverse direction shown as the arrow (b). Since the horizontal deflecting current flowing to the deflection yoke 1 has a vary large value, the coil 7 to generate the setoff magnetic field is set only in a few turns as shown in the figure. Since the horizontal deflecting current flows to the connection lead wire 2 of the deflection yoke 1, a leak magnetic field can be reduced by setting a frame 6 to wind the lead wire 2 at the upper side of the deflection yoke 1 so as to generate a magnetic field to deny the leak magnetic field. In this case, the frame 6 to form the leak magnetic field offset coil 7 can be set at least one side either at the upper side or at the lower side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid generation of degauss magnetic field being excessively strong even when plural AC power supplies with different voltages are applied to the device by connecting a voltage dependent resistive element in parallel with a degauss coil. CONSTITUTION:In a degauss circuit 1, a bipolar constant voltage element such as a varister 11 as a voltage dependent resistive element is connected in parallel with a degauss coil 5. Just when a main switch 3 of an AC power supply 2 is applied, the self-heating of a positive characteristic thermister 4 is not sufficient, a voltage close to the power voltage selected across the degauss coil 5 of the positive characteristic thermister 4, that is, an excess voltage to the degauss coil 5 is generated. In this case, the resistance of the varister 11 is reduced in response to the excess voltage, then the voltage across the varister 11 is operated to hold its holding voltage. Thus, an excessively strong degauss magnetic field is not generated from the degauss coil 5.
