Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a red-eye phenomenon from occurring by arranging an electronic flash light emitting means in front of a casing at a distance from an image pickup optical system for a still camera. CONSTITUTION:Image pickup lenses 14 and 16 are exposed in the front surface 12 of a casing 10 and a still camera part and a video camera part are stored in the casing 10. The photography of a moving picture by a video camera and the photography of a still picture by a still camera are therefore performed at the same time without any mutual hindrance. Further, an electronic flash light emission body 18 is arranged at a distance from the image pickup lens 16 of the still camera. Consequently, the red-eye phenomenon is prevented from occurring.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a noise due to the driving of a film from entering to the photographing of movies by stopping the driving of the film of a still camera part during the photographing of the movies by a video camera part. CONSTITUTION:When a still photographing by a still camera part 4 is executed during the photographing of the movies by a video camera part 3, a signal to show that the photographing of the movies is executed is inputted from a system controller 26 for a video camera to a system controller 41 for a still camera. When the signal is received by the system controller 41 for the still camera, a shutter 30 is opened and closed, a still photographing is executed and thereafter, a control command signal is not outputted to a film take-up driving part 39. Consequently, since the film take-up driving part 39 does not take-up a film 31, the take-up sound of the film 31 is not recorded for the photographing of the movies as the noise.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve an operability by disposing a video tape cassette storing part for storing a video tape cassette near to the center part of a casing and preventing the cassette storing part of the casing having an incomplete strength from being held at the time of gripping by an operator. CONSTITUTION:The shutter release button 50 of a still camera is disposed on the upper surface 32 of the casing 10 and the picture recording button of a video camera is disposed on the lower surface of the casing 10 at a corresponding position thereto. Thereby, the operator holds this device by holding the upper surface 32 of the casing 10 and the lower surface between the fingers of both hands to operate the shutter release button 50 by the forefinger of the right hand and the picture recording button by a thumb. In this case, since the storing part 34 is disposed substantially at the center near to the rear part of the upper surface, the storing part 34 is not present in the part held by the fingers of the left hand, so that it can be easily grasped.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a necessary number of batteries to be connected beforehand or an additional battery to be installed during use without enlarging the space for batteries, and enable an electronic apparatus to be used continuously for a long period of time by providing a battery case with a means of electrically connecting the battery case to either the power source terminal of the electronic apparatus or the electrode of another battery case, and a means of mechanically connecting the battery case to either said electronic apparatus or another battery case. CONSTITUTION:A pack 41 is mechanically and electrically connected to a VTR1 by screwing the screw thread 9 of a bolt 6 into a screw hole 2. Since the flanged part 6a of the bolt 6 touches an electrode 10 with pressure, the voltage of a battery is supplied to the VTR1 from the electrode 10. On the other hand, a pack 42 is mechanically and electrically connected to the pack 41 by screwing the screw thread 9 of a bolt 6 into the screw hole 8 of the bolt 6 of the pack 41. Here, since the flanged part 6a of the screw 6 of the pack 42 touches an electrode 10 with pressure, the battery voltage of the pack 42 is supplied from the electrode 10 to the VTR1. The battery of the pack 41 and the battery of the pack 42 are connected parallel to one another. An additional pack 4 can be connected to the pack 42.
