PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reaction between an electrode and a nonaqueous electrolyte during charging and discharging so as to improve a cycle characteristic under a high-temperature environment and suppress generation of gas during continuous charging.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte contains a solvent, an electrolyte salt, at least one of a chain imide salt and an annular imide salt, and a heteropoly acid or a heteropoly acid compound. The heteropoly acid and the heteropoly acid compound have, for instance, Anderson structure, Keggin structure, Dawson structure, or Preyssler structure.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode in which swelling-suppression effect during storage under a high temperature can be demonstrated sufficiently, a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and a manufacturing method of the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: The negative electrode 21 has a negative electrode current collector 21A and a negative electrode active material layer 21B that covers at least one of the main faces of the negative electrode current collector 21A and contains at least a negative electrode active material 211. The negative electrode active material 211 contained in a region from the surface of the negative electrode active material layer 21B up to at least 50% thickness is the negative electrode active material 213 with a film having the solid electrolyte film. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with a cathode, an anode, electrolyte and a separator. The cathode contains moisture by 1,000-50 ppm. The electrolyte contains a specific isocyanate compound and specific imide salt compounds. The isocyanate compound is contained by 0.01-5% by mass to the nonaqueous electrolyte. The imide salt compounds are lithium bis (trifluoromethane sulfonyl) imide, lithium bis (pentafluoroethane sulfonyl) imide, and perfluoro propane-1, 3-disulfonyl imide lithium.
