Abstract: A method for preparing a transparent flexible polyurethane film includes the following steps: (1) mixing a hydroxyl-terminated polyalkylene carbonate diol, a diisocyanate compound, 2,2′-dithiodiethanol, dibutyltin dilaurate and a chloroalkane solvent, and then reacting at 40 to 60° C. for 0.5 to 3 h to obtain an isocyanate-terminated oligomer solution; and (2) adding a polyol cross-linking agent, a bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide lithium salt and a 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide salt to the isocyanate-terminated oligomer solution, reacting at 40 to 60° C. for 0.5 to 1.5 h, removing the chloroalkane solvent to obtain the transparent flexible polyurethane film.

Abstract: Disclosed are a flame-retardant bismaleimide resin and a preparation method thereof comprising: forming an eugenol salt suspensoid from a whole biomass eugenol in the present of a strong alkali metal base, adding dropwisely a solution of phosphorus oxychloride in methyl chloride to react to obtain a biomass-based phosphate flame-retardant; mixing bismaleimide, 2,2′-diallylbisphenol with the obtained phosphate, curing and posttreating to obtain the flame-retardant bismaleimide resin. Compared with petroleum-based bismaleimide resin, the flame-retardant bismaleimide resin prepared by the present invention is obtained from eugenol derived from biomass, and the raw material is green and renewable. It maintains mechanical properties and processing properties of the petroleum-based bismaleimide resin and has an excellent flame-retardant property. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost and simple production process, and has wide application prospect in the fields of aerospace, electronic information, electrical insulation and the like.

Abstract: Disclosed are a barium titanate foam ceramic/thermosetting resin composite material and a preparation method therefor. An organic additive is used as an auxiliary; deionized water is used as a solvent; nanometer barium titanate is used as a ceramic raw material; and all of same are mixed and ground so as to form a slurry with a certain solid content. A pre-treated polymer sponge is impregnated into the slurry for slurry coating treatment, and then redundant slurry is removed and the polymer sponge is dried so as to obtain a barium titanate foam ceramic blank, and same is then sintered so as to obtain a barium titanate foam ceramic. A resin, being in a molten state and thermosettable, submerges the pores of the barium titanate foam ceramic, and a barium titanate foam ceramic/thermosetting resin composite material is obtained after a thermosetting treatment.
