    Abstract: An electronic device comprising a display, a first and a second communication circuitries, wherein in the first mode, both the first and second communication circuitries are in an active state, a processor to:
    - determine whether to change from the first mode to a second mode based on:
    - a first condition of a high temperature value; and/or
    - a second condition of low data throughput while the display is inactive;

    - in determining to change from the first to the second mode, release the connection with the second cellular network;
    - in the second mode, maintain the release from the second cellular network by not transmitting a measurement report to the first cellular network, related to the second cellular network;
    - change, after the release of the connection with the second cellular network, from the second mode to the first mode, when the second condition is not satisfied.

    Abstract: A phase-locked loop circuit includes an oscillator including a plurality of capacitor cells, and a control logic circuit that receives an output from the oscillator. The control logic circuit compares a target frequency with a first frequency of a first signal output from the oscillator, generates a first input code to control at least a portion of the plurality of capacitor cells to output a signal having the target frequency based on the comparison, generates a first output code corresponding to the first input code when the first input code is within a predetermined range of input codes, and controls at least two capacitor cells from among the plurality of capacitor cells based on the first output code. The oscillator may output a second signal having a second frequency through an electrical path including capacitor cells other than grounded capacitor cells from among the plurality of capacitor cells.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 6G communication system for accomplishing ultra-low delay time and a data transmission rate higher than that of 4G and 5G communication systems. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a base station can match (or map), to a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS), beams having a high probability of being selected as the beam with the best performance at the location of a terminal, and can provide the CSI-RS to the terminal. Therefore, the possibility of the inclusion of the beams with the best performance from among the beams corresponding to the CSI-RS can be increased. Thus, beam tracking with more improved performance can be performed when a beamforming technology is operated in millimeter wave and terahertz bands, or ultrahigh frequency bands or higher.
