    Abstract: A sample and hold circuit may include: a first transistor connected between a first input terminal configured to receive a first input signal and a first output terminal configured to output a first sampled signal; a second transistor connected between a second input terminal configured to receive a second input signal and a second output terminal configured to output a second sampled signal; a first dummy transistor provided between the first input terminal and the second output terminal; and a second dummy transistor provided between the second input terminal and the first output terminal. A source region and a drain region of the first dummy transistor and a source region and a drain region of the second dummy transistor may not be electrically connected to a metal line connecting the first transistor with the second transistor.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor can confirm, in an RRC_CONNECTED state, the expiration of a first timer having an expiration time shorter than that of an RRC inactivity timer set by means of a network, and confirm, on the basis of the expiration of the first timer, whether a UEAssistanceInformation message including a preferredRRC-State information element can be transmitted. The at least one processor can be configured to confirm whether the RRC inactivity timer, having been started simultaneously with the first timer, has expired if the UEAssistanceInformation message including the preferredRRC-State information element cannot be transmitted, and change the RRC state from the RRC_CONNECTED state to an RRC_INACTIVE state or an RRC_IDLE state,on the basis of the expiration of the RRC inactivity timer. If the UEAssistanceInformation message including the preferredRRC-State information element can be transmitted, the at least one processor can be configured to transmit, to the network, the UEAssistanceInformation message including the preferredRRC-State information element for causing the change from the RRC _CONNECTED state to the RRC _INACTIVE state or the RRC_IDLE state. The electronic device may include: a communication processor configured to transmit or receive data to or from a network through a cellular communication; and a communication circuit, wherein the communication processor is configured to: receive, from the network, a paging message including an indicator indicating a service type for transmission or reception of the data, enter a radio resource control (RRC) connected state and be connected with a node supporting dual connectivity (DC) in case of receiving the paging message, receive a measurement object related to another node different from a node connected with the electronic device in the RRC connected state, and control the communication circuit to prevent measurement of a quality of a signal being broadcasted by the other node based on the measurement object in response to identification of coincidence of a service type included in the indicator and a predetermined first service type with each other.
