    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of inductance elements that construct a dielectric filter. CONSTITUTION:The shape memory alloy wires 2 are used for the spiral inductance elements. A spiral shape is previusly stored so that each wire 2 is spirally formed at a high temperature. Thus in a production process where a dielectric coaxial resonator 1 is produced in a circuit, the wires 2 which are approximately linear at a normal temperature are turned into the spiral shapes at a wire bonding temperature. Thus it is possible to obtain the compact dielectric filters that can be easily produced with uniform quality.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the composition of a grown crystal uniform and to prevent cracking in cooling at the time of producing a lithium niobate (LiNbO3) single crystal by previously obtaining the heating loss of both raw materials of Nb2O5 and Li2CO3 and determining the mixing ratio of both materials. CONSTITUTION:When LiNbO3 single crystal is produced by the CZ process, the following means are used in weighing the raw materials of Nb2O5 and Li2CO3 to obtain a specified composition. Namely, the weight loss is obtained by heating Nb2O5 under predetermined heating conditions, the weight loss is taken as the undesired amt. of the niobium pentoxide, and the weight is determined. Meanwhile, the niobium pentoxide material with the undesired component amt. already known is mixed with the lithium carbonate material, the mixture is subjected to a thermal reaction under predetermined conditions to obtain the weight loss, the weight loss is taken as the undesired component amt. of the lithium carbonate material, and the weight of lithium carbonate is determined.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element in which a vibration generated by an electrification operation is small, cracking due to a thermal stress does not occur easily, and good heat dissipation is ensured.SOLUTION: In a magnetic element 1 where a magnetic member 1a and a coil 2 are molded integrally, the magnetic member 1a is partitioned into two or more by a partition 4 consisting of a nonmagnetic body in the direction not impeding magnetic flux which is parallel with a central axis of the coil 2. The magnetic element has mechanical properties (e.g. a modulus of elasticity, density), and the like, which are different from each other among the partitioned parts. Furthermore, the nonmagnetic body of the magnetic element has a modulus of elasticity different from that of the magnetic member.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inductor for an ADSL splitter filter circuit and the ADSL splitter filter circuit wherein deflection of the impedance of the inductor of the transformer structure of a low pass filter in the ADSL splitter filter circuit is reduced, and unbalance signal attenuation amount to ground is improved.
    SOLUTION: In a divided first inductor L1, winding is performed up to almost 50% of necessary all numbers of turns of the inductor L1 being closely in contact with periphery of magnetic substance. Continuously, wire winding of a second inductor L2 is wound up to almost 50% of necessary all numbers of turns being closely in contact. Above the wire winding, an insulating spacer 4 is wound. The wire winding of the second inductor L2 is wound by only remaining numbers of turns being closely in contact with the insulating spacer 4. Further, wire winding of the first inductor L1 is wound by only remaining numbers of turns, thereby constituting the inductor for an ADSL splitter filter circuit.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a choke coil to be continuously assembled and lessened in positioning cost by a method wherein a winding coil is continuously wound without being cut off into unit winding coils, and the unit winding coils are linked together at a continuous part between the adjacent coils so as to cope with a forward feed process. SOLUTION: A continuous winding coil 10 is composed of unit winding coils 11 which are continuously formed without cutting off a straight angle copper wire 1. At this point, the winding coil 10 can be surely fed without slipping through such a manner that feed holes made in the continuous parts 13 of the winding coils of the straight angle copper wire are engaged with the teeth of a toothed wheel. The continuous winding coil 10 is composed of the unit winding coils 11 arranged in bilateral symmetry about the continuous part 13, whereby cores are assembled to the two lateral unit winding coils 11 at the same time in a forward feed process in the manufacture of a choke coil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste applying method capable of uniformly applying a metallic paste on the surface of a ceramic sintered compact block having a non-through hole and an extremely small opening part and being treated in large quantities at a time. SOLUTION: In this method for applying the paste consisting essentially of a low resistance metal and an organic vehicle on the ceramic sintered compact block having the 5.0×5.0mm opening part 3 and at least one of the non- through hole of >=2 times of the opening part 3 in depth, the ceramic sintered compact block 1 is housed in a mesh-like vessel 4 having mesh size of >=0.5×0.5mm and the outside diameter or below of the block, dipped into the paste together with the mesh-like vessel 4, coated with the paste 5, transferred to a mesh-like vessel 4a with a lid, and excess paste is removed from the ceramic sintered compact block 1 by rotating the mesh like vessel 4a. At this time the ceramic sintered compact block 1 is housed so that the opening part 3 is inclined at 45 deg. to the vertical direction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the adjusting method of a dielectric filter, which can arbitrarily select a deviation between a maximum value and a minimum value on attenuation in a pass band even after conductive films are formed and which can improve yield and reduce cost. SOLUTION: In the dielectric filter, two parallel non-through holes 12 are provided, the outer faces of a dielectric block 10, a shorting end face S1 and the inner faces of the non-through holes 12 are covered by the conductive films and a pair of input/output electrodes 14 which are electrically insulated from the other conductive film on the same face with a method for eliminating a part of the conductive films are formed on a side to which the dielectric block 10 faces. The transmission characteristic of the pass band is adjusted by setting a distance to the center of the input/output electrode 14 in the axial direction of the non-through holes in the dielectric block 10.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high reliability and high productivity without any deterioration in transmission characteristic by plating a conductive film with Ni and further plating the nickel film with solder, and then forming an input/output electrode. SOLUTION: The conductive film covering the outside surface of a dielectric block and a through hole wall is formed by applying, for example, Ag paste by dipping, dried for 10 minutes at a temperature of 120 deg.C, and baked by being placed in an atmosphere and in a reductive atmosphere. The conductive film is >=10μm thick. Then a barrel is used to plate the conductive film Ni by electrolytic plating to 0.2-1.0μm and further the Ni-plated film is plated with solder to 1-3μm. In this case, the Ni-plated film is a protective film which prevents Sn in the solder coating component from being diffused to the conductive film. Consequently, cracking and electrode peeling due to the stress of the plated film of the input/output electrode and the corrosion of ceramic due to plating liquid can be prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a filter circuit with a high degree of design freedom, and having provision for various characteristic requirements and to obtain a small sized dielectric filter configured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The dielectric filter is made up of a dielectric block IC having two non-throughholes 2 extended in parallel and whose entire surface is covered with a conductive film 5. Two input output electrodes 6 opposite to each other formed to the conductive film 5 with electric insulation in the vicinity of the two non-throughholes 2 are provided over two adjacent sides at the outer face of the block IC. A slit 3 with a size to block the two non-throughholes 2 is formed from an exposed face on which the two non-throughholes 2 are exposed toward an opposed face opposite to the exposed face between the two non- throughholes 2, and a circuit configuration section 4 is provided to a part between the opposite face and each end bottom face of the two non-throughholes 2. The surface of the slit 3 is covered with a conductive film 5 being a coupling interrupt part with a size to block the two non-throughholes 2.
