Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for detecting defective print in which a decision can be made accurately which color of ink jet printer is attributable to defective print when an ink jet color printer is used. SOLUTION: The system (3) for detecting defective print of color print information comprises an imaging means (3a) for detecting color print information as a color image, and means (3b) for detecting defective print of color print information based on the detection results of the imaging means. The detecting means detects the print density information of each color based on the detection results of the imaging means.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly keep a standing state of paper sheets to be stacked and to continuously stack a large amount of paper sheets corresponding to a length of a conveyor belt by mounting partition guides on an upper part of the circulating and moving conveyor belt at a predetermined gap with respect to a transfer surface, to allow the paper sheets to be stacked, to pass therethrough. SOLUTION: A single paper sheet 2 discharged from a discharge roller of a paper processing device abuts on a rider disc 6 at its point and is placed on a stacker table. On this occasion, the single paper sheet 2 is successively passed through lower parts of a plurality of partition guides 8a-8c arranged at predetermined gaps at an upper part of the conveyor belt 5 according to the circulating movement of the conveyor belt 5 wound between a pair of rotary rollers 3, 4, and rises by collision with a paper collision guide 7. When the number of sheets 2 stacked on the paper collision guide 7 in a standing state reaches a predetermined value, the points of trailing sheets 2 are successively guided to be standed by the adjacent partition guides 8a-8c, and stacked in a standing state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape drawing mechanism which calculates a tape drawing amount corresponding to the number of unit set sheets and controls taping operation. SOLUTION: This tape drawing mechanism in a taping apparatus is so designed that a tape (b) fed by a tape feed roller 2 is formed into the shape of a loop around a postal card bundle (a) which is a unit set sheet bundle, that the tape is pulled back by the tape feed roller 2 to tighten the postal card bundle (a), and that the top end of the tape (b) is welded to the feed side loop end of the tape (b) to be cut off at the welded portion. The tape drawing mechanism is constituted with a servomotor 10 to be operated in cooperation with the tape feed roller 2 and a control unit for controlling the servomotor 10 to draw the tape (b) so as to have an optimum drawing amount on the basis of information on the number of sheets obtained by a detecting unit 9 adapted to detect the number of sheets of the postal cards. Since the tape (b) is drawn at the optimum drawing amount corresponding to the number of sheets of the postal cards, such an effect that can satisfy the small number of sheets of the postal card bundle (a) or even the large variation of the number of sheets of the postal cards is exhibited. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust, when processing is performed in a region at a predetermined position relative to a processing object, the relative position regardless of the direction on a plane. SOLUTION: A position adjustment mechanism is provided with: a device side member 10 fixed to a device frame 6 of a device which supports and conveys a non-contact IC label 8, and an adjustment side member 20 for supporting a reader/antenna 3 for writing or reading information for the non-contact IC label 8. The device side member 10 is provided with a columnar body 12. The adjustment side member 20 is provided with a fitting hole 22 having a diameter which is larger than the diameter of the columnar object 12 into which the columnar body 12 is fit. The fitting hole 22 is provided with through-holes 23a and 23b on the side of the fitting hole 22 into which a spring 30 can be inserted, the spring 30 fixing the columnar body 12 in the fitting hole 22 by being abutted on the columnar body 12 fitted into the fitting hole 22. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID label dividing roll manufacturing device for dividing a roll with RFID labels temporarily attached on a continuous pasteboard into small rolls, which manufactures only non-defective products and improve the work efficiency of roll manufacturing. SOLUTION: A separation section 22 separates a defective product from the pasteboard 12A according to a result of inspecting and reading each RFID label 12 by an inspection reading section 21. An attaching section 23 attaches the RFID label of a non-defective product to the separation position. When the RFID labels supplied by a label detection section 20 reaches a preset quantity, a predetermined number of RFID labels are separated as a winding end pasteboard region, then, a predetermined number of RFID labels are separated as a winding start pasteboard region of the next small roll, and a part between the winding end pasteboard region and the winding start pasteboard region is cut by a cutter 26. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency when manufacturing an IC label having built-in inlet in a state wherein a plurality of IC labels are arranged in a row. SOLUTION: The inlet 110 disposed on an inlet sheet 110a in a plurality of rows is conveyed by an inlet mounting machine 5 in a state wherein the inlet 110 constituting the plurality of rows respectively is arranged in a row one by one. Release paper 120 wherein the inlet 110 conveyed by the inlet mounting machine 5 is stuck is conveyed in an array direction of the inlet 110 conveyed by the inlet mounting machine 5, and the only inlet 110 which is determined to be a good item with a reader/writer 3 among the inlet having been conveyed by the inlet mounting machine 5 in an arranging state is stuck to the release paper 120 arranged in a row.
