Abstract: 本发明公开了一种输送带用钢丝绳,它包括一根中心钢丝、外绕中心钢丝的钢丝层和若干股外部钢丝股;外部钢丝股包括一根芯部钢丝和N根外部钢丝;中心钢丝、外绕中心钢丝的钢丝层和若干股外部钢丝股通过一次捻制成输送带用钢丝绳,钢丝层外绕在中心钢丝外侧,外部钢丝股包绕在钢丝层外侧,外部钢丝股与钢丝层为线接触;外绕中心钢丝的钢丝层为M根钢丝或由M根钢丝与M′股外绕钢丝股组成,每股外绕钢丝股的钢丝根数为2~12根,在钢丝层由M根钢丝与M′股外绕钢丝股组成时,M′:M=0.25:1~1:1。本发明在不改变钢丝绳尺寸、不增加使用生产成本和维护成本的前提下,能提高钢丝绳的整绳破断拉力,从而提高输送带的承载能力。
