Abstract:
The last ten years has seen enormous advance in the market for laminate for hard floor covering. An important aspect during the product development of the laminate is the facility with which a laminated floor can be laid. The invention relates to an improved floor panel, in particular a laminated floor panel. The invention also relates to a floor covering consisting of a plurality of mutually coupled floor panels according to the invention.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a floor panel (1) comprising: male coupling means (2) and female coupling means (3) that are formed by at least one proximal groove (4, 6) that opens onto a lower face or upper face, respectively, of the panel (1) and by a distal flexible tongue (5, 7) that extends from the end of the edge of the panel (1) towards the lower face or upper face, respectively, of said panel (1); the tongue (5, 7) has a proximal wall inclined at an angle (β, α) with respect to a vertical plane towards the bottom and the outside of the panel (1) and towards the top and the outside of the panel (1), respectively; the tongue (5, 7) of at least one of the male coupling means (2) or female coupling means (3) has a distal wall comprising, at least, a protrusion (11) or a notch (15) that is able to engage with a notch (12) or a protrusion (16) formed in or on a proximal wall of the proximal groove (6, 4) of the corresponding female coupling means (3) or male coupling means (2) so as to form an end stop, avoiding vertical movement of a panel (1) with respect to an adjacent panel. According to the invention , the flexible tongue (7) of the female coupling means (3) comprises a chamfered part (13) that forms an angle of between 2° and 20° with respect to the main plane of the panel.
Abstract:
Floor panel for forming a floor covering, wherein this floor panel (1) comprises a substrate (2) consisting of at least two substrate layers (15-16) differing in density and, on at least one pair of opposite edges (3-4), is provided with coupling parts (5- 6) of the so-called push-lock type; wherein the vertically active locking surfaces (17- 18), there, where they cooperate in the coupled condition of two of such floor panels (1), define a tangent line (R) which is horizontal or does not deviate more than 50 degrees from the horizontal; and wherein the locking surfaces (17-18) are situated closer to the upper side of the first substrate layer (15) than to the lower side of the first substrate layer (15).
Abstract:

Abstract:
An improved floor panel, in particular a laminated floor panel and a floor covering consisting of a plurality of mutually coupled floor panels.
Abstract:
A wood floor system comprises a plurality of parallel rows (10a, 10b...10z) of floorboards (10) laid end-to-end, and each of the floorboards (10) includes a compression nub (20) extending along a side surface (13) thereof, adjacent the top surface (11). These compression nubs (20) affirmatively engage an opposing side surface (14) of an adjacent floorboard row (10a), thereby sealing, or isolating, the top surface of the floor from the side surfaces (13, 14) of the floorboard rows (10a, 10b...10z). This uniformly distributes expansion and contraction forces throughout the floor, due to uniform spacing between the floorboard rows (10a, 10b...10z). The isolation of the floorboard upper surface from the side surfaces (13, 14) also prevents undesired downward migration or flow of liquid finishing solution (28), which can have serious adverse affects for a wood floor. The invention reduces the total volume of finishing solution necessary for finishing the floor.
Abstract:
A method of making split floors comprising steps of: providing a bottom plate and a top surface, connecting the top plate on the bottom plate, cutting the connection floor, processing the at least two split floors, and finishing the at least two split floors in a packaging manner. Before the at least two split bottom sheets and the at least two split top sheets are finished in a first packaging manner, the at least two split bottom sheets and the at least two split top sheets are attached or adhered to form a split floor, and the split floor is fixed on a ground directly. The at least two split floors are packaged, and the respective one split floor has the top plate and the bottom plate attached or adhered on the top plate.
Abstract:
