본 발명은, 높은 충격 특성과 고유동성을 갖고, 진주 광택, 젯팅의 발생 등 외관 불량을 개선한, (A) (a-1) 폴리카보네이트 수지 45 내지 97질량% 및 (a-2) 지방산 폴리에스터 55 내지 3질량%로 이루어진 수지 혼합물과, 그 100질량부당 (B) 고무상 탄성체 0.5 내지 20질량부를 포함하고, 상기 (B) 성분이 (a-1) 성분과 (a-2) 성분의 계면 또는 (a-2) 성분의 도메인에 분산되어 있는 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공한다.

본 발명은 예시적인 용도에서, 기판에 코팅물로서 도포될 수 있고, 선택적으로 밑칠 도료(primer) 또는 하도제(basecoat) 및/또는 중도제(midcoat)로 미리 코팅된 기판에 도포될 수 있는 혼합된 플루오로중합체 조성물을 제공한다. 일 구체예에서, 상기 조성물은 적어도 하나의 고분자량 미량 변형된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(trace modified polytetrafluoroethylene, TMHPTFE)과 적어도 하나의 용융-처리가능한 플루오로중합체(melt-processible fluoropolymer, MPF)의 혼합물이다. 본 조성물이 기판, 선택적으로는 밑칠 도료 또는 하도제 및/또는 중도제 위에 도포된 후에, 그리고 나서 경화되면, 본 조성물은 향상된 내마모성 및/또는 향상된 분리 특성 및/또는 증가된 반투명성/투명성 및/또는 향상된 불투과성을 나타내는 코팅물을 형성한다. 또한, 본 조성물은 높은 투명도와 불투과성을 가진 필름을 생산하는데 사용된다. 분말 형태의 본 조성물은 용융 압출되거나 또는 페이스트 압출되어 향상된 불투과성을 가진 물품을 형성할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An anti-static coating composition is provided to ensure excellent antistatic property, scratch resistance, and transparency and to prepare an anti-static film obtained by forming an anti-static film. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static coating composition includes antistatic copolymers(A), compounds(B) having three or more antistatic ethylene unsaturated groups, photopolymerization initiators(C), and solvents(D). The antistatic copolymers comprise a compound having quaternary ammonium bases and a compound having alkylene oxide chains. The solvent includes one of an alcohol-based solvent, C3~5 acetate solvent, and solvent selected from alcohol-based solvent carbonate esters or cyclic ethers.

The present invention relates to coating compositions containing a polymeric or copolymeric levelling agent, which has been prepared by nitroxyl - mediated polymerisation. Further aspects are a process for the preparation of smooth surface coatings and the use of said polymer or copolymer as levelling agent in coating compositions. Yet another aspect are specific ethylenically unsaturated monomer compositions from which copolymers can be obtained by atom transfer radical polymerisation or nitroxyl mediated polymerisation, which copolymers are useful as levelling agents in coating compositions. Still another aspect is the use of poly-tert.-butyl acrylate or poly-tert.butylmethacrylate as a levelling agent in powder coating compositions.

A polyester resin especially suitable for use in optical films, etc. In particular, a resin of alicyclic polyester comprising dicarboxylic acid units and diol units, characterized by satisfying the following requirements: (1) the dicarboxylic acid units are composed mainly of 1,4- cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid units; (2) the diol units are composed mainly of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol units; (3) the ratio of alkyl ester terminals to all terminals of the polyester is 5 mol% or less; and (4) the light transmittance of a 2 mm thick plate obtained by molding the polyester resin is 87% or higher.

A practical polyester which is provided with substantially no antimony compound as a polycondensation catalyst. (I) One of the polyester resin compositions has an antimony content of 30 ppm by weight or lower, a titanium content of 0.5 to 50 ppm by weight, and a phosphorus content of 0.1 to 100 ppm by weight and has titanium-containing particles having a diameter of 1 mum or larger in terms of equivalent-circle diameter, the number of the particles being less than 100 per 0.02 mg. (II) The other polyester resin composition has an antimony content of 30 ppm by weight or lower, a titanium content of 0.5 to 50 ppm by weight, and a phosphorus content of 0.1 to 100 ppm by weight and contains 0.1 to 5 wt.% organic polymer particles which have an average particle diameter as measured by the dynamic light scattering method of 0.05 to 3 mum and in which the number of coarse particles having a particle diameter at least two times the average particle diameter account for up to 0.01% of the number of all particles.
