Abstract: An objective is to provide a vinylidene fluoride polymer composition that is difficult to swell and dissolve in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and can form an electrode with a smooth surface. The vinylidene fluoride polymer composition contains a vinylidene fluoride polymer with a melting point of 130° C. or higher. When the vinylidene fluoride polymer composition and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone are mixed to prepare a vinylidene fluoride polymer dispersion with a content of the vinylidene fluoride polymer of 6 mass %, a ratio of a viscosity of the vinylidene fluoride polymer dispersion at 30° C. to a viscosity of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at 30° C. is 20 or less, and when the vinylidene fluoride polymer dispersion is stirred and then allowed to stand for 15 minutes, a rate of change in content of the vinylidene fluoride polymer in an upper 40 volume % area of the vinylidene fluoride polymer dispersion before and after the standing is 2 mass % or less.

Abstract: A process for the production of a graft copolymer composition is presented, which is based on acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA) or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) graft copolymers. The graft copolymers obtained by emulsion polymerization and precipitation show improved dewatering behavior after precipitation. Based on this method ASA and ABS graft copolymers with low residual humidity can be obtained. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for the production of a thermoplastic molding composition comprising at least one thermoplastic styrene copolymer, in particular a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, the graft copolymer obtained by the process, and optional further components.

The fluorine-containing resin composition comprises 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of a fluorine-containing polymer, 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of an inorganic filler which includes the following particle size distribution: D10 is greater than 1.5 μm; and D50 is 10-15 μm. In the present invention, the selection of an inorganic filler with a specific particle size distribution can ensure that the boards prepared by the fluorine-containing resin composition have excellent dielectric properties and voltage resistance performance, even if the inorganic filler is added in a large amount.
