Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a valve (1) for a hydraulic door actuating device. The door actuating device is set up for opening and/or closing a connected door, and comprises a housing (13). The valve (1) is set up in the housing (13) of the door actuating device for influencing a flow of hydraulic fluid (H) in the door actuating device. The valve (1) comprises a sleeve (2) and a slide (3) longitudinally displaceably guided in the sleeve (2) and pretensioned by a return spring (4) in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the sleeve (2). The slide (3) comprises a thrust surface (5) contacting a counter edge (6) implemented on the sleeve (2) due to the action of the return spring (4), and thereby blocks the flow of hydraulic fluid (H), and is designed for being acted on mechanically and externally against the action of the return spring (4). The invention further relates to a door actuating device having such a valve, set up for hydraulically opening and/or closing a connected door, and a housing (13) and a hydraulic circuit, through which the hydraulic fluid is forced when the door actuating device performs an opening or closing motion. The valve (1) is integrated in the hydraulic circuit of the door actuating device, such that it blocks the flow of hydraulic fluid (H) in the hydraulic circuit due to the action of the return spring (4). The slide (3) is acted on mechanically by an actuating device (24) of the door actuating device during the opening or closing motion thereof, and is thereby forced away from the counter edge (6) in the direction of the return spring (4).
Abstract:
Described is a carriage (7) for sliding doors and windows (2) comprising a fixed frame (3), at least one sash (4) that is slidable horizontally relative to the fixed frame (3) by means of a carriage unit (1), and a handle (9) mounted on the sash (4) for controlling the carriage (7); the latter is provided with a supporting frame (11), mobile on wheels, and with a connecting member (13) interposed between the supporting frame (11) and a bottom sash (4) rail (8); the connecting member (13) is movably constrained to the supporting frame (11) to enable the sash (4) to be lifted and lowered relative to the supporting frame (11) under the action of the handle (9); a helical spring (44) is interposed between the supporting frame (11) and the connecting member (13) to lessen the effort required of the user to lift the sash (4).

Abstract:
Abstract:
A stay for hingedly mounting an openable closure member comprising an elongate track member having an end cap at one end thereof , a first link member pivotally connected at one end thereof to the track member, a closure support arm pivotally connected to the other end of the first link member, a carriage slidably retained by the track member, a second link member pivotally connected to the carriage and to the first link member, a third link member pivotally connected to the carriage and to the closure support arm and a nose portion formed at the end of the closure support arm, the first, second and third link members, the carriage and the closure support arm acting as a five bar link mechanism, a contact surface, defined by the end cap, with which the nose portion makes contact in the closed position, a lost motion mechanism configured such that one or more of the nose portion, the contact surface and the one end of the third link member arranged to be deflected from an initial position resiliency upon contact between the contact surface and the nose portion and to resile to the initial position when contact is broken so as to provide lost motion between the end of the closure support arm and the end cap .
