Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for refining vegetable oils, in particular cottonseed oil or a possible mixture of it with others, as substitute of diesel fuel remarkable in that a sequence of treatment steps to be performed on crude vegetable oil, including: a) a pre-treatment thereof consisting of the removal of oil insoluble impurities from the crude oil, b) removal of oil soluble impurities therefrom, c) a free acid neutralization thereof, and d) a drying, bleaching and filtration thereof. This invention also relates to an Additive of organic basis, containing ether, ketone, toluene, hexane, turpentine, alcohols in specific concentrations.

본 발명의 윤활유 재정제 시스템 및 공정은 사용된 오일의 재생 및 재사용을 위해 고효율이면서 친환경적인 대안을 제공한다. 재정제 공정은 사용된 윤활유로부터 첨가제, 물, 마모 금속 및 다른 오염물을 유리하게 제거하면서, 동시에 기유 분획이 다시 한번 첨가제와 배합될 수 있고, 부차적 오염을 야기하지 않고 재사용을 위해 원래의 고품질 사양으로 복원될 수 있도록 되돌린다.

본 발명은, 개질, 방향족 생성, 탈수소화, 이성질화 또는 수소화 구역으로부터의 배출물의 적어도 일부의 수소의 존재하의 접촉에 의해, 염화수소 및 유기염소 화합물 형태의 염소를 제거하여 정제 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 배출물의 일부는 올레핀, 염화수소 및 유기염소 화합물을 포함하고, 제거 구역에서는 미네랄 담체에 증착되는 VIII 군으로부터의 적어도 하나의 금속을 함유하는 제 1 덩어리 및 염화수소 흡착제인 제 2 덩어리의 2 개의 덩어리의 사슬 구성을 포함한다.

An extraction aid has been found which provides for enhanced contaminate removal, such as metals and amines, from crude oils that uses components that are desirable in desalting processes as the components are water soluble, have low toxicity, are highly biodegradeable and exhibit high thermal stability. According to one embodiment of the invention, an extraction aid that provides enhanced extraction properties is comprised of a blend of acids, particularly water soluble acids. More specifically, a combination of two acids chosen from the group consisting of acetic acid, sulfuric acid, glycolic acid, citric acid and methanesulfonic acid.

PURPOSE: A calorie recovering method of a naphtha disintegration company is provided, which can reduce used amount of the steam for boiling water to the saturation temperature. CONSTITUTION: A calorie recovering method of a naphtha disintegration company comprises a step of heat-exchanging water for the steam production and condensed water exhausted from the naphtha disintegration company; a step of removing oxygen existing in the water by supplying the heat-exchanged water for steam production to a deaerator(1) and boiling the water to the saturation temperature; and a step of producing steam by transferring oxygen-removed water to the steam boiler.

A method for producing bio-diesel with improved low temperature fluidity and esterification effect of fat and alcohol is provided to promote esterification rate and increase productivity and yield of products by adding at least one copolymer of specific ethylene and vinyl ester capable of inhibiting behavior of wax dispersion and low temperature fluidity. The method comprises the steps of: recycling 10-30wt.% of ester product obtained from esterification in presence of fat and alcohol; blending the fat and alcohol together with the recycled ester product into single liquid mixture; and adding 10-1,500ppm of copolymer of 60-90wt.% of ethylene and 10-40wt.% of long branched chain type of vinyl ester relative to weight of bio-diesel oil to the mixture. The bio-diesel includes bio-diesel oil and at least one copolymer comprising: (b) ethylene monomer having bi-valent units; (c) ethylene monomer having another bi-valent units; and (d) 5-12mol.% of monomer having another bi-valent units.
