Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure for a power luggage door, which can be opened/closed by a small drive unit. SOLUTION: According to the hinge structure a first hinge link 22 has a drive shaft 15 penetrated into one of shaft holes thereof in a manner relatively rotatable together with the first hinge link 22, and a third connection pin 28 penetrated into the other shaft hole, and further the first hinge link 22 is connected to an upper base 24 in a manner relatively rotatable together with an upper base 24. Then the drive shaft 15 is inserted into a shaft hole in a drive link 25 in a relatively non-rotatable manner, and the third connection pin 28 is inserted into a slot 30 in a manner slidable along an inner surface of the slot 30. Further a cam surface 31 is formed along the drive link 25 in a longitudinal direction at a location in the vicinity of an end close to the slot 30, in a manner being gently curved toward an outer edge on one widthwise side of the drive link 25. The invention relates to an actuating drive (5) for moving a flap (4) of a piece of furniture (1), comprising: at least one pivotably supported actuating arm (6) for moving the flap (4), a spring device (8) for applying a pivoting torque to the actuating arm (6) in the opening direction, and an adjusting device (20) having an adjusting screw (11), which has a thread (21), wherein the pivoting torque of the spring device (8) acting on the actuating arm (6) can be adjusted by means of a rotational motion of the adjusting screw (11), wherein the adjusting screw (11) has a screw shaft (9), wherein a screw nut (10) is supported in such a way that said nut can be moved along the screw shaft (9) by means of a rotational motion of the adjusting screw (11), wherein the adjusting screw (11) has a blocking device (19) separate from the thread (21), which blocking device prevents an unintentional rotational motion of the adjusting screw (11).

A damper device (10) for furniture hinges (100), in particular hinges of the toggle type comprising a wing body or arm (102) associable with a fixed panel of a piece of furniture, a cuplike body (101) associable with a door to be articulated to the fixed panel of the furniture and a linkage (103) for articulating the cuplike body (101) to the wing body or arm (102), wherein the damper device (10) comprises a damped rotating body (11) which is provided with a rotation axis (11a) and which is associable with the cuplike body (101) with the rotation axis (11a) arranged in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis (100a) of the hinge (100) and a wing (13) which is associated with the rotating body (11) so as to rotate as a unique body with it and that, considering the damper device (10) in configuration of assembly on the hinge (100), extends towards the wing body or arm (102), and it is characterised in that it also comprises an actuator element (14) of the rotation of the rotating body (11) that is associated with the wing (13) in a rotatable way around an axis (14a) parallel to the rotation axis (11a) and that has a first end (15) that, considering the damper device (10) in configuration of assembly on the hinge (100), extends towards the inside of the cuplike body (101) and at which is defined a first support and sliding surface (16) along a wall (101') of the cuplike body (101) opposite the one to which the wing body or arm (102) is articulated and a portion (17) that is defined between the axis (14a) and the first end (15) and at which is defined a second support and sliding surface (18) along at least one back portion (102') of the wing body or arm (102).

Bei einem Möbelbeschlag für ein bewegliches Möbelteil, insbesondere zum Antrieb einer Faltklappe, einer Falttür o. dgl., wobei das bewegliche Möbelteil ein erstes Faltteil und ein zweites Faltteil aufweist, die mittels eines eine Scharnierachse (88) aufweisenden Scharniers (89) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei im Bereich des Scharniers (89) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Faltteil eine Fuge (93) mit einer Fugenbreite ausgebildet ist, und wobei das bewegliche Möbelteil über dem Möbelbeschlag zwischen einer Offen- und einer Schließstellung unter Mitwirkung einer einen Steuerhebel (94) aufweisenden Steuereinrichtung zwangsführbar ist, wobei die beiden Faltteile beim Überführen in die Schließstellung eine die Fugenbreite der Fuge (93) verringernde Entfaltungsbewegung durchführen, ist der Steuereinrichtung eine Überlastkupplung (112) zugordnet, die bei einer aufgrund einer Blockierung der Entfaltungsbewegung auftretenden Überlast unter Aufhebung der durch die Steuereinrichtung bewirkten Zwangsführung auskuppelt.
