The invention relates to a door actuator with a motor-gear unit and a spring (7) acting as an energy storage device. To produce a door actuator, wherein two variants are formed for sliding or shear rails by substituting an individual component, the pretensioning of the spring (7) can be actively varied by the motor-gear unit, thus producing the desired closure torque profile.

PURPOSE: A power window system is provided to prevent wrong detection of the switch operation in infiltrating rainwater into the switch unit by connecting the power terminal to the ground terminal for driving the actuator. CONSTITUTION: A power window system(1) is composed of a switch unit(11) having an operation switch(10) and a waterproof motor controller(12). The switch unit is connected to the motor controller by a wire harness(13), and the operation switch is composed of a decrease switch(14) and an increase switch(15). The window is moved up and down by outputting the switch signal from the switch, and the actuator is operated corresponding to the switch signal with the ground level by the control unit. A connection terminal connects the switch to the control unit. A ground terminal(18) connects the switch to the ground, and a power terminal(17) connects the switch to the power. The switch connects the connection terminal to the ground terminal by outputting the switch signal with the ground level in the connection terminal in operation, and connects the connection terminal to the power terminal.

본 발명은, 차량의 윈도우를 개폐하는 모터의 구동장치에 있어서, 차량이 바다, 호수와 늪, 하천 등에 수몰된 때에, 윈도우 개폐 조작 스위치에 리크 전류가 흘러 릴레이가 오동작하여 윈도우가 폐쇄되는 것을 미연에 방지하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위한 수단으로서, 수몰을 검지하고 또한 모터가 윈도우를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 오동작에 의해 회전하고 있음을 검지했을 때에, 모터를 정방향으로 회전시키는 릴레이를 작동시킨다. 이로써 적어도 모터가 조작 스위치를 조작하지 않았음에도 불구하고 회전(특히, 윈도우를 폐쇄하는 방향으로)하는 것과 같은 사태가 발생하는 것을 방지한다.

A mechanism for automatic opening by this invention includes cylinder containing the spring, piston and grease which makes the deceleration, on the other side of the lid part is fitted along which the piston slides and with its piston geometry provides that the piston suppressed by spring transfers its work to lid and thus performs automatic lid opening.

Disclosed is a hinge assembly for rotatably setting a home bar door onto a refrigerator door, and a refrigerator using the same. The hinge assembly includes a hinge axis extended from a home bar door opening/closing an opening in a refrigerator door; and an oil damper including a housing fixed onto the refrigerator door, a rotary shaft inserted into the housing to form a sealed space filled with oil, and connected to the hinge axis to attenuate rotation force of the hinge axis by forming a blade on one side to move in the oil, a penetration opening formed through the rotary shaft and connect the sealed space with exterior, and a fixing member inserted to/fixed to the penetration opening to seal the penetration opening. According to an embodiment, a refrigerator includes a body with a food preservation chamber kept at low temperature, a refrigerator door formed in the body to open/close the food preservation chamber and having an opening penetrating therethrough, a home bar door disposed to open/close the opening and having a hinge axis protruded from a lower part, and the hinge assembly.

This invention refers to a complex electronic mechanism - electric and mechanical - which consists of a door, a smoke detector, an electronic plaque transmitting orders and saving energy, a buzzer, which notifies with sound in case that smoke appears in the place, a simple electric door lock that is sold widely in the stores and two hinges with a spring. As soon as the slightest amount of smoke appears, the detector through the plaque gives the order, early enough, to the door lock and the hinges with the spring to let the door open. At the same time a sound is heard. This invention can be used in public places, buildings, apartments, and means of transportation. In this way the danger of people being trapped is minimized. Otherwise people would have faced the danger of dying of suffocation, because they would have been trapped in that place, as most of times in case of fire people are taken by surprise and do not react quickly.
