    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of a rotary sensor, and further reduce the size and weight of the whole device. SOLUTION: One end of a rotary shaft 32A having a clutch 32 provided at its circumference is extended to the outside of a motor base 36, and a sensor case 39 housing one end of the rotary shaft 32A is provided outside the motor base 36. The rotary sensor 35 and supporting means 39Aa, 39Bc are installed in the sensor case 39. The rotary sensor 35 has a magnetism detection element (a Hall element 35Cb or magnetic resistance element 35Cc) fixed to a position where magnetic flux intersecting with magnetic flux generated by a clutch 35 is detected. Therefore, the magnetism detection element is not influenced by the magnetic field generated when the clutch 32 is excited. Thus, the detection accuracy of the rotary sensor 35 can be improved.
