Abstract: 본 고안은 금형에 클램핑 수단을 구비하고, 이 클램핑 수단이 합형시 흡차음의 테두리 부분을 고정시켜 주고 이형시 이 테두리 부분의 고정을 해제시켜 줌으로써, 금형을 합형한 다음 발포층을 형성한 뒤에 이형됨에 따라 발포체가 성형된 흡차음재가 자동으로 분리될 수 있게 한 차량용 대쉬 인슐레이션 발포 금형을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
