Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for suitably producing a crosslinkable skin care adhesive that is slight in irritancy, has good tackiness and releasability for human skin, is suitable for medical use or cosmetic use and has good storability. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable skin care adhesive is produced from the composition that comprises 100 pts. mass of an acrylic copolymer(copolymer A) with a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester as the main constituent containing 3-45 mass% of a diacetoneacrylamide as the essential constituent and containing no free carboxy group and 0.1-30 pts. mass of an acrylic copolymer(copolymer B) with a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester as the main constituent containing on the side chain primary amino group and/or carboxyhydrazido group and containing no free carboxy group. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserver type plaster, enableing a drug to be percutaneously persistently absorbed in a skin through application thereto, and hence exhibiting a therapeutic effect, and improving the releasability of the drug, an absorption promoter or the like from an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A non-permeable support layer, a drug-permeable layer for controlling the releasability, an adhesive layer and a release layer are subsequently laminated on the drug in the reserver type plaster. Further, the reserver type plaster is provided with a drug storage layer which is formed through sealing the drug between the support layer and the layer for controlling the releasability. The adhesive layer has a fine particle inorganic base or a fine particle water soluble polymer, which is uniformly dispersed in the adhesive layer. The bonding strength between the polymers of the adhesive is weakened through mixing the inorganic salts or the water-soluble polymer into the adhesive layer, and gaps are partially formed in the adhesive layer through dissolving the inorganic salts or the water-soluble polymer therein, so that the drug or the absorption promoter is promoted to pass the adhesive layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition which shows excellent percutaneous absorbability, stability and safety by blending prasterone sulfate with terpenes, a monofatty acid glyceride or the like. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by blending (A) prasterone sulfate (e.g. prasterone sodium sulfate or the like) with one kind or more two kinds selected from (B) a terpene (e.g. L-menthol, geraniol or the like), (C) a N-alkyl-2- pyrrolidone (e.g. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone or the like) and (D) a monofatty acid glyceride (e.g. glycerin monocaprate or the like). On the above composition, it is favorable that the total content of the components B-D is 0.1-30 wt.%. The above composition can be prepared in forms of semisolid preparations, e.g. ointment, cream, gel or the like, patches, e.g. cataplasm, plaster or the like, and solutions, e.g. liniment, emulsion, lotion or the like. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for external application and an adhesive skin patch which can improve the releasability, transdermal absorbability, and stability of loxoprofen and its salt and can inhibit the aggravation of irritation to the skin. SOLUTION: The adhesive skin patch comprises a support, and a self-adhesive layer laminated on the support, wherein this adhesive layer contains a pharmaceutical composition for external application. This pharmaceutical composition for external application comprises loxoprofen or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, an auxiliary component having a hydroxy group in the molecule, and a pyrrolidone compound. Preferably, the self-adhesive layer further comprises hydrogenated oil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexibility measuring method which enables a proper evaluation of the flexibility required in a pasting agent. SOLUTION: The flexibility measuring method is constituted so as to measure the flexibility of the pasting agent 20 using a mount stand 10 having an almost flat surface 11 and has a preparation process for bonding the pasting agent 20 to an outer edge part 111 so as to extend the extension part 24 of the pasting agent 20 outward and a measuring process for measuring the suspending distance of the extension part 24 from the height of the surface 11. The measuring process successively measures the suspending distances D 1 and D 2 of the extension part 24 on the sides of a plaster layer 22 and a support 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and non-reservoir type patches with improved adhesiveness and following property with reduced irritation to skin that can be easily produced, and having an excellent percutaneous absorbability of fentanyl. SOLUTION: The patches are equipped with a support body having an adhesive layer further containing fentanyl on the support body. The adhesive layer is formed by copolymerization of an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component and 3-45 mass% of diacetone acrylamide to the copolymer and formed by polymerization of 100 pts.mass of an acrylic copolymer (A) substantially containing no free carboxyl group and the alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component, and has a primary amino group and/or a carboxyhydrazide group in the side chain, and a cross-linking structure with 0.1-30 pts.mass of an acrylic copolymer (B) substantially containing no free carboxyl group.
