Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily and inexpensively producible cataplasm suppressing detachment of the cataplasm from the object of application with time and having excellent adhesiveness and follow-up properties to the object of application. SOLUTION: The cataplasm is provided with a support and a paste layer arranged on at least one surface of the support. The paste layer contains a copolymer in which the content ratio of acrylic acid to sodium acrylate is ≥(55/45) to ≤(75/25) (molar ratio) without substantially containing a pressure-sensitive adhesion enhancing ingredient for enhancing the adhesion. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic adhesive composition for skin external use which is prepared by using a hydrophilic adhesive having sufficient adhesive strength and capable of stably dissolving or homogeneously dispersing a medicine and a hydrophilic plaster. SOLUTION: The hydrophilic adhesive contains an acrylic copolymer prepared by copolymerizing (1) 65-98 mass% acrylic acid, (2) 1-30 mass% (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester macromonomer and (3) 0.01-3 mass% starch. A hydrophilic adhesive composition for skin external use is obtained by adding the hydrophilic adhesive to a hydrophilic medium. The hydrophilic plaster is obtained by laminating the hydrophilic adhesive composition for skin external use and a release film to a support. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster that allows its release sheet to be easily released, can be easily and properly attached to an affected part to be applied, and has selectivity of respective releasing/applying methods for the part to be applied or a case. SOLUTION: The plaster comprises a stretchy support medium, a plaster material layered almost all over a surface of the support medium, and a pair of release sheets; a first release sheet and a second release sheet, which coat all the surface of the plaster material with sharing almost equally. The plaster has following functions:(1) the release sheet can split so as to expose the plaster material surface to apply when pulled to right and left with its both ends held, (2) the plaster material surface to apply can be exposed when the release sheet is peeled off with a pinching part that is provided thereon held. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption-type plaster capable of effectively preventing arrhythmia development over a long period of time and/or treating arrhythmia through sustainedly percutaneously absorbing active ingredient pilzicainide as an antiarrhythmic. SOLUTION: The plaster contains pilzicainide as the active ingredient, being such that an adhesive layer is provided on a substrate surface, wherein the adhesive layer comprises the pilzicainide in a free form and an acrylic adhesive. As the acrylic adhesive to be used is e.g. a copolymer of (a) one or more (meth)acrylic monomers each having an intramolecular acetoacetyl group and one or more vinyl monomers each having no intramolecular acetoacetyl group. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which excels in adhesiveness, cohesiveness, and stability and is safe for the health without skin irritation. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by coating a nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule and one or more (meth)acrylic monomers selected from the group consisting of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, diacetoneacrylamide, methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, diethylene glycol dimethacrylate, tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and hexaethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a nonaqueous solvent together with a plasticizer on the entire top surface or part of the top surface of a substrate, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer does not contains a percutaneously absorbing agent, and the copolymer is self-crossinked by the acetoacetyl group. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation comprising a large amount of a lipophilic oily substance included in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and having excellent adhesion, cohesiveness and stability and an aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive for the pharmaceutical preparation. SOLUTION: The aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive for the medical percutaneous absorption tape pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by successively laminating (b) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a drug and an aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive and (c) a release film onto the top surface of (a) a support. The aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by emulsifying and dispersing a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic or a methacrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule with one or two or more kinds of monomers of other acrylic or methacrylic monomers without having the acetoacetyl group or copolymerizable vinyl monomers together with a surfactant in an aqueous solvent.
