Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film formed by orienting flaky particles on the surface of a workpiece in a specified direction. SOLUTION: The flaky particles, of which the thickness is 1/2 or smaller with respect to the major side of a flat face, are continuously jetted together with a compressed gas so that their flat faces are oriented along the surface of the workpiece. The bonding between the flaky particles oriented like this and the workpiece may be done through a binder which has been applied onto the surface of the workpiece, or alternatively, may be done by a heat generated at the colliding point where following particles collide against the flaky particles which have arrived at the surface of the workpiece. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge head for air micrometers, capable of reducing a lead time while making its cost low. SOLUTION: The gauge head 1 is composed of a screw section 11, a neck section 12 extending from the screw section 11 and a measuring head 13 extending from the neck section 12. An air clearance groove 14 is formed in the measuring head 13, and a recessed section 15 is formed at its head section. A nozzle 16 is disposed in the recessed section 15 so as to extend therefrom. Its structure is made up so that air applied from an air micrometer can be ejected from a small hole 21 of the nozzle 16 to a place to be measured. The circumferential surface of the measuring head 13 is subjected to a shotpeening process wherein shots are ejected at high speeds, thereby forming fine hardened layers on the surface 31 of the measuring head 13 and on the edge surface 32 of the nozzle 16. Then, minute particles of molybdenum disulfide are ejected to the hardened layers, thereby forming solid lubricating coats. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for sensing an abnormality, which sense the abnormality on the basis of the changes of sound without changing the structure of a blasting device itself. SOLUTION: The sound at a monitoring target part of the blasting device is acquired as aural signals by a microphone 2. A signal among the aural signals in a set frequency band preset as the frequency band, in which changes appear when the abnormality as a sensing target occurs, is extracted as an inspection target signal with a bandpass filter 4. The extracted inspection target signal is inputted to a comparator 5. Its output value is compared with a standard output value corresponding to the output value in the set frequency band among the aural signals of the sound generated by the monitoring target part at the normal time. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of forming a lubricating layer in a processing object by a simple method such as blast processing, even by a solid lubricant having a small specific gravity such as graphite, by injecting an injection material at a higher speed than a conventional speed. SOLUTION: This injection nozzle of a straight hydraulic blast processing apparatus, injects the injection material together with compressed gas. A hole formed in the axial direction of the injection nozzle, is formed in the shape of satisfying a conditional expression (1) and (2) in a cross section in the axial orthogonal direction in an optional distance (x) from an inlet of the injection nozzle.
