CONSTITUTION: A high strength silicon lubricous metal is formed by melting 0.5-6% of Fe, 0.5-6% of Ni, 0.5-12% of Al, 1-5% of Si, 0.5-10% of Zn, 0.1-15% of Mn, 0.5-3% of Sn, and the rest of Cu. The content of Sn of the high strength silicon lubricous metal is reduced in comparison with an existing alloy so that the manufacturing costs are reduced. The content of Mn is increased so that the strength of the silicon lubricous metal is enhanced.
