Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method of moju using medical herbs and chitosan which contains the chitosan and active components of medical herb concentrate, has sweet, savory, and soft taste instead of bitter and astringent taste, has clear color of black pearl, and has excellent functionality. The production method of the moju comprises the following: a satep of adding 1-2 parts by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide to 100 parts by weight of makkoli to obtain a mixture; and adding black sugar and the medical herb concentrate to the mixture before heating.

PURPOSE: A high strength silicon lubricous metal is provided to protect operators by not using carbon for improving lubricity and to enable to be applied to various parts and a supporting beam of a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A high strength silicon lubricous metal is formed by melting 0.5-6% of Fe, 0.5-6% of Ni, 0.5-12% of Al, 1-5% of Si, 0.5-10% of Zn, 0.1-15% of Mn, 0.5-3% of Sn, and the rest of Cu. The content of Sn of the high strength silicon lubricous metal is reduced in comparison with an existing alloy so that the manufacturing costs are reduced. The content of Mn is increased so that the strength of the silicon lubricous metal is enhanced.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of activating materials using sewage sludge is provided to manufacture constructional materials for purifying air, and agricultural or livestock production materials by using sewage sludge instead of coir. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of activating materials using sewage sludge includes the following steps: aluminum sulfate is mixed with the sewage sludge generated from a sewage disposal plant; the mixed sewage sludge is dried in a drying furnace(10), and is heated to generate sulfuric acid gas; carbonate, which is preheated in a carbonizing furnace(20) and carbonized in an activating furnace(30), is activated by the vapor of the sulfuric acid gas; and sulfate is collected by introducing kaolin nanoparticles into a cooling unit(40).

PURPOSE: A block type house and a method for constructing thereof are provided to change the structure of the block type house following the need of a user. CONSTITUTION: A block type house is composed of unit life blocks having different functions in horizontal direction. The block type house comprises a base member(200), the unit life blocks, a connection member, and a protection member. The connection member connects each unit life block. The protection member covers the unit life blocks for protection from outside.

PURPOSE: A vacuum jig for machining molded articles is provided to have simple structure and reduced weight because multiple vacuum suction pads are arranged inside a jig part. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum jig for machining molded articles comprises a lower frame(2), a steel outline frame(6), a jig part(10), multiple vacuum connecting pipes(18), multiple vacuum suction pads(20), and a vacuum manifold. The forks of a forklift are inserted in an opening(4) formed in the peripheral part of the lower frame. The steel outline frame is mounted on the upper peripheral part of the lower frame. The jig part comprises a wooden body(11) and a resin cover mold(12). A hollow part(14) is formed in the center of the wooden body. The resin cover mold is attached on the top of the wooden body. The multiple vacuum connecting pipes are mounted on multiple supporting rods(16) and are extended upward in order to adjust the height. The multiple vacuum suction pads are coupled at the top of the vacuum connecting pipes. One side of the vacuum manifold is connected to the vacuum connecting pipes through air lines(23), and the other side thereof is connected to a vacuum pump(24).
