Abstract: PURPOSE: A damper assembly for a door hinge is provided to easily close a door using a little power by supplying the damping force. CONSTITUTION: A damper assembly for a door hinge comprises a housing(100), an oil cap(200), a torsion part(300), an actuating shaft(400), and a damping part. The housing is fixed in the inner surface of an opening that a door is installed. An inlet(110) in which a hinge shaft(10) is inserted is formed in the housing. The oil cap has a space for storing oil. The torsion part is twisted depending on a rotation direction of the hinge shaft, and generates torsion force or restoring force. The actuating shaft helps the hinge shaft to be rotated using the torsion force or the restoring force by twisting the torsion part. The damping part generates damping force depending on a rotation direction of the actuating part.

Abstract: A hinge assembly for a homebar door of a refrigerator and a refrigerator having the same are provided to prevent the abrupt opening of the homebar door and damage to a hinge by damping the rapid rotation or shock of the homebar door by an oil damper. A hinge shaft(16) is extended from a homebar door(15). An oil damper(100) has a housing(110) fixed to a refrigerator door, a rotation shaft fitted into the housing for forming a sealed space to be filled with oil and having a blade connected to the hinge shaft and moving in the oil for damping the rotation force of the hinge shaft, a through-hole formed in the rotation shaft to communicate the sealed space to the outside, and a fixing element inserted into the through-hole for sealing the through-hole.
