Abstract: 본 발명은 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 자세하게는 일정구간에서는 도어가 자동으로 닫히며, 다른 일정 구간에서는 도어의 개방된 개도가 유지되는 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 도어와 본체 사이에 구비되어 도어를 회전 가능하게 지지하며, 상기 도어의 회전각도 중 제1구간에서는 도어가 닫히는 방향으로 탄성력이 작용하고, 제2구간에서는 도어가 회전된 각도를 유지하도록 마찰력이 작용되는 힌지부 및 상기 힌지부의 외측에 결합되어 상기 힌지부의 회전에 따라 제3구간에서 상기 도어의 회전방향과 반대되는 방향으로 댐핑력을 상기 힌지부에 작용시키는 댐퍼부를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동닫힘힌지를 제공한다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 도어를 여는 초기에는 원활히 열리면서도 도어가 완전히 열리기 전에는 댐핑력에 의한 열림 속도의 감소가 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 도어를 닫기 위한 힘을 줄일 수 있도록 한 도어 힌지용 댐퍼 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 도어가 설치되는 개구부의 내벽면에 고정 설치되며, 전면의 중앙측 부위에는 상기 도어의 힌지축이 인입되도록 인입구가 형성된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 후방측에 결합되면서 오일이 저장되는 공간을 갖는 오일캡; 상기 하우징의 내부 공간에 설치되며, 상기 힌지축의 회전 방향에 따라 비틀리면서 토션력을 발생하거나 혹은, 복원에 따른 복원력을 제공하는 토션부; 상기 하우징과 상기 오일캡 사이의 내부 공간을 따라 설치되며, 상기 도어의 힌지축이 결합되면서 상기 힌지축의 회전 방향에 따라 상기 토션부가 비틀리도록 하거나 혹은, 상기 토션부의 복원력으로 상기 힌지축의 회전을 돕도록 동작되는 동작축; 그리고, 상기 오일캡의 내부 공간에 구비되며, 도어를 열 때에는 힌지축의 회전에 대한 댐핑력이 제공되도록 함과 동시에 도어를 닫을 때에는 상기 댐핑력이 해제되도록 하는 댐핑부:를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 도어 힌지용 댐퍼 어셈블리가 제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A door latch is provided to automatically open a home-bar door by the pressing of the door and to close and fix the door by the pressing of the door. CONSTITUTION: A door latch comprises a frame(110), a rotating latch(120), a spring(160), a ball(140). The rotating latch is installed in the frame to be able to rotate by a given angle and comprises a groove(122). A hook(10) formed on a target is selectively fixed while the groove rotates. The spring applies the unidirectional torque to the rotating latch. Abstract: PURPOSE: A damper assembly for a door hinge is provided to easily close a door using a little power by supplying the damping force. CONSTITUTION: A damper assembly for a door hinge comprises a housing(100), an oil cap(200), a torsion part(300), an actuating shaft(400), and a damping part. The housing is fixed in the inner surface of an opening that a door is installed. An inlet(110) in which a hinge shaft(10) is inserted is formed in the housing. The oil cap has a space for storing oil. The torsion part is twisted depending on a rotation direction of the hinge shaft, and generates torsion force or restoring force. The actuating shaft helps the hinge shaft to be rotated using the torsion force or the restoring force by twisting the torsion part. The damping part generates damping force depending on a rotation direction of the actuating part.
