Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing liquid organic fertilizers/bio-pesticides by liquefying the organic fertilizers is provided to activate the activity of microorganism by increasing the content of oxygen. CONSTITUTION: Air is injected into water for 30 minutes to 2 hours using a bubble generator(7) to obtain aerated water(6). The content of oxygen is increased and the contents of carbon dioxide, nitric acid and chloride are reduced. Molasses is added to the aerated water to provide food source for aerobic bacterium, or protozoan and microorganism. An organic fertilizer, a solution, and air are mixed to liquefy the organic fertilizer.
