CONSTITUTION: A drawing ruler without a set square and a protractor comprises the following: a mother ruler(1) including a rail to move a son ruller(4) smoothly; and an angle gauge(3) connected with the son ruler with a hinge bolt(5) and a hinge nut(6) to control the angle by tightening and loosing. Abstract: The present invention relates a ruler having a cutting function capable of cutting an object without damaging a floor on which the object is laid, and fixing the ruler and the objet together to cut the object easily. A mother ruler (10) and a son ruler (2) have, at both end portions thereof, a hole through which a bolt is inserted. The mother ruler (1) and the son ruler (2) are overlapped with each other, and an object to be cut is interposed between the rulers and is fixed by fastening nuts. A cutting mat (3) is attached to a portion with which a blade of the mother ruler (1) comes in contact, thereby completely protecting the surface of the floor and easily cutting the object.
