Abstract: An optimum antibiotic complex composition containing florfenicol is provided to offer significantly increased antibacterial effect compared to other antibiotic complex composition of macrolide antibiotic materials by mixing the florfenicol with tyrosine with excellent inhibitory effect of pathogenic microorganism of animal. The antibiotic complex composition for animal is characterized in that it consists of tyrosine and florfenicol in a weight ratio of 1:1.5-6. The antibiotic complex composition is formulated into an injection agent, an oral administration liquid agent, powder or granule. The injection agent or the oral administration liquid agent is prepared by using glycerol formal, N-methyl-2 pyrrolidone, or mixture thereof as a solvent.
