Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor unit and a picture reader provided with it, which obtain a satisfactory image and are made compact effectively. SOLUTION: The image sensor unit is provided with a light source 6 which has a read face of a document PP irradiated with light, a photodetector 3 which receives the reflected light from the document PP, an image-forming device 7 which forms an image of reflected light on the photodetector 3, and a frame 1 to which these members are attached directly or indirectly. Light is made incident on and reflected from the document PP through a transparent member 5 which can be brought into contact with the read face of the document PP. A positioning means 9, which positions and supports the image-forming device 7 and the photodetector 3, is provided separately from the frame 1.

SOLUTION: A functional component comprises a light source 6 for irradiating light to an object PP for reading, a sensor 3 for receiving light reflected from the object PP for reading, and an imaging element 7 for imaging the reflected light on the light receiving section of the sensor 3. The component is installed and supported by a supporting body 1 in a prescribed positional relation. The supporting body 1 is formed in a hollow shape to secure positioning accuracy of the functional component in installation and rigidity. The supporting body 1 is formed in the hollow shape in a longitudinal direction. It is formed in the hollow shape on both of the flank sections and joined at the end of longitudinal direction.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the deflection by gravity of a glass mask and to enhance exposure accuracy by forming space between the glass mask and an exposure wavelength transmissible material and regulating the pressure of the space. SOLUTION: The glass mask 2 and an ultraviolet-ray transmitting plate 3 are integrally supported by mask attaching frames 4. The interval between the glass mask 2 and the ultraviolet-ray transmitting plate 3 is made the space 5 by the mask attaching frames 4. The space 5 is connected to a pressure source 8 with a pressure regulating valve 6 and a regulating valve 7, to arbitrarily regulate the pressure inside the space 5. Then, the pressure inside the space 5 is detected by a pressure sensor 9 and transmitted to a controller 10 and this controller 10 controls the pressure regulating valve 6, to supply air to the space 5 and make internal pressure fixed one. Generally, the glass mask 2 is deflected to the side of a base plate K by the gravity, so that it is necessary that the pressure PO of the space 5 is made lower than atmospheric pressure P by pressure (p), to correct the deflection.

When the alignment is completed, the controller 10 raises the platen 1, and pressuring film P is simultaneously neously expanded by introducing pressured fluid to the rear face side of the pressuring film P from a pressure source 22, so that the film mask F is pressed to the work K by the pressuring film P and is brought into close contact.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of solder bridges at the time of soldering by inserting the connecting terminals having different dimensions alternately of an electronic component into the holes of a board and projecting them, and after that depositing molten solder and welding the projecting terminals. SOLUTION: The connecting terminals 3 of an electronic component 2 are composed of two kinds of terminals 3a and 3b differing in length, and these connecting terminals 3a and 3b are so arranged in the electronic component 2 interchangeably that the lengths of adjoining terminals may be different from each other. The lengths of the connecting terminals 3 of the electronic component 2 are different in this way, they project from a printed board 1 at mutually different intervals between adjoining terminals. The differences of these projections cause the amounts of solder 6 to be used for soldering adjoining terminals to differ. Considering a thing like this and the fact that they differ in thickness, it can be said that the surface tensions of molten solders of adjoining terminals differ, and bridges are cut off before the solidification of the solders, even if molten solder bridges are formed, and the formation of solder bridges are prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To precisely control exposure by providing an exposure device with a means measuring the quantity of light transmitted through an exposure wavelength transmission body and a means controlling the exposure based on the measured result. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board 2 being an object to be exposed is placed on a stage 1 and an art work film 3 on which a circuit pattern is drawn is placed thereon. Besides, a transparent film 4 is placed thereon and the circumference of a gap between the stage 1 is hermetically sealed by packing 5. By vacuum- sucking air in a gap between the film 4 and the stage 1 through a communicating hole 6, the film 3 is pressed and closely brought into contact with the substrate 2 by the film 4. In such a state, ultraviolet rays are radiated from a light source 7. Then, a light quantity sensor 8 is embedded in the upper surface of the stage 1 so as to detect the light quantity by receiving the ultraviolet rays from the upper part of the stage 1. The signal of the light quantity detected by the sensor 8 is inputted to a controller 15 and the light quantity is controlled by the controller 15 according to the detected light quantity.

CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board X is placed on a table Y and alignment is executed to align the printed circuit board X and the film mask 3. The table Y is then resin to press the printed circuit board X to the film mask 3. Air is fed under a prescribed pressure from a pneumatic source 54 via an air conditioner 53, a solenoid operated stop valve 52 and a pressure regulator 51 to an air feed hole 50. As a result, the prescribed pressure higher than the atm. pressure is generated between a transparent film 2 and a glass plate 1, by which the transparent film 2 is inflated toward the wiring circuit board X and the film mask 3 is consequently brought into tight contact with the upper surface of the wiring circuit board X. The glass plate 1 is irradiated with the light from a light source device 4 in this state from the upper surface thereof, by which the patterns of the film mask 3 are printed to the wiring circuit board X.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To connect inexpensively in high quality with simple structure and steps by adhering the land of a first printed wiring board in coincidence with that of a second printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:The lands 4 of a second printed wiring board 3 are so disposed as to be superposed on the lands 2 formed on a first printed wiring board 1. Then, both the boards 1, 3 are temporarily secured with adhesive, etc., and, when solder 6 is so piped as to connect the horseshoe-shaped lands 4 of the board 3 to the lands 2 through a hole 5 opened at the board 4, gas of the flux is discharged from the part not adhered to the part of the lands 4. That is, the cavity of the connecting face of the solder 6 to the lands 2 to be generated by the fact that no gas escaping position of flux occurs is eliminated. When the lands 2 are increased as compared with the hole 5, the aligning work of the connecting lands of both the boards 1, 3 can be further alleviated.
